They have always been so helpful throughout the sale, kept us in the loop all of the time and also great aftercare. My property has been damaged by this property, and now the maintenance lead is refusing to take my call. 10th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)I am very pleased to say that it was very satisfied experience with NUG home lettings. Their customer service was excellent throughout my rental home processes especially katelyn. I got all the new updates by my mail and i was able to contact them freely.
18th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)This is the worse renting experience I have ever had. After moving into a flat with my partner, we discovered the place had not been cleaned at all, Door handles were not secured properly and have missing screws, there is dust everywhere that turns your socks black, dirt and cobwebs on literally everything including INSIDE the freezer, and many bugs. That's not even the biggest problem, the worst is that the windows are bolted shut and there are locked bars covering them which we were never given keys for. After reporting the issue and needing to make several phone calls for updates (which we never recieved) we finally got an email saying a contractor would be sent out. This was sent 3 weeks after the origonal report was made and after countless emails and phone calls several days every week trying to find out what is happening. We were told the contractor would be here between 9Am and 4PM as it got to 3PM and we still had not heard anything I called the property managemnt team to get an update and yet again was told I'd get a call once they know what is happening. It got to 4:30PM so I decided to call again as I know the office closes at 5PM and still had not heard anything. Turns out the contractor was too busy to get to us today so after 3 weeks of waiting for somebody to come out and after finally being given a day. We still had to chase them to see what was happening just to be told that nobody will be coming to look at things. The property management team is a complete joke and not even worth contacting. You are better off reporting your issues to your council and getting a court to force them to take action.

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

Communication from day 1 was easy, responsive and smooth and Derek and Catherine could not have been more helpful. From valuing the house to completing the sale, the whole process only took 4 months so a really quick process. Bird House were excellent, not only with viewings and but also liaising with solicitors and resolving my queries in a timely fashion which made everything much easier. Really appreciative of the service and would definitely recommend.

During that time, the staff at Andrew Craig have almost become my adopted family. Without exception, they have been instantly reactive in addressing any un-foreseen issues, whilst also being proactive in anticipating potential issues and moving forward to expedite matters. The staff within the Gosforth branch have felt my pain with me, comforted and advised me and have provided a personal service way beyond just selling property. If you need a hand to hold throughout the conveyancing process or you simply need a high standard of professionalism, I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Craig estate agents in Gosforth. They moved me into a flat with no working plumbing which they knew prior to the start date but neglected to tell me, they ignore emails and texts, their staff gaslight you, they turn up at your home unannounced sometimes letting themselves in and I don't think I've been treated this badly by a company ever. Do yourself a favour and deal with landlords directly. This company is not worth the premium you and the landlord have to pay and they cause more issues than they solve.
