29th Feb 2024 (21 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

20th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.- 28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Went in yesterday to talk about mortgages and to view a house which we both tried to book but due to them wanting to see us first to compare mortgage rates we went in, almost felt impossible to book a viewing without them wanting to see us first to compare. Bearing in mind I called up the day before to see if the viewing was going ahead which they said they will get it sorted. So the day come we go in and no one had any idea of us actually going to view the house!!! Which we was very annoyed about as that's what we booked for in the first place to find out 15 minutes later that the people selling the house had an offer last week and is now processing this!!! Fair enough the guy we spoke to vue phone was on holiday but the communication within the team was very poor! Tried to show us different properties which they said wasn't on the market yet which later we found was... waste of our time and lack of communication!!!!

She gave regular updates and was a a great source of information and support. George did the valuation and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Sowerby’s have a brilliant team and I cannot praise them or thank them enough.

The process was quick and easy, and whenever I had any question, he was there to answer them. Really nice service, would recommend!
8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.

We had lots of viewings very quickly after listing which (at our request) were all handled by Iconic. The team are all extremely professional, great with their communication and responsive to questions, queries and requests. I would certainly be looking to use them in the future!

13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently used Arnolds Keys to sell my house in Aylsham. From the moment I walked into their office – which is in the best possible place, right on the square in Aylsham town centre – I found all the staff professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I was impressed that the they listened to my requirements and wishes rather than giving me a sales pitch about how good they were and what I needed to do. Natasha clearly has extensive experience in Estate Agency and had a very practical approach. Kate did a great job of preparing the sales brochure including very good photos and even a 3D tour. Another thing I particularly liked was that Arnolds Keys took time to actually identify potential purchasers that were genuinely interested in the property and, importantly, were actually in a position to buy it, before arranging viewings. This avoided a lot of time wasting. Another point I liked was that the staff worked as a team, including Josh who always was happy to help if Natasha or Kate were not immediately available. It took a little over a month to find a buyer which I felt was good going at a time when the market was quite sluggish. When things got a little bogged down in the lead up to exchange of contracts Fleur (who handles sales progression most diligently) kept in touch with the buyers and both solicitors to get things moving again, so from start to finish I felt that Arnolds Keys did everything that a professional estate agency should do. If you are selling a house in Aylsham or the surrounding, area I would certainly recommend using them.

The nominated contact to deal with aspects once I had a buyer was very welcome. This has proved invaluable to maintain contact.
30th Nov 2023 (7 mo. ago)I recently got offered my own flat for the first ever time and they were so super helpful, everytime I rang I had a kind lady on the other end of the phone helping me and being patient with my questions, as I said this is my first ever place by myself so i'm quite clueless when it comes to sorting bills ect and she helped me with everything :) great service, thankyou!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
