It took a long time with a few disappointments along the way due to issues outside YourMove's control. Throughout, the team have been full of enthusiasm and energy to keep things progressing, really good communication, very responsive to our questions and consistently professional throughout. I would thoroughly recommend them.

5th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. We will definitely be using these for any future properties and highly recommend, thank you so much for your help. You made buying a property so much easier at such a tough time. I couldn’t
4th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)We recently bought our home through Eckersley White. It was a stressful process due to issues with our buyer’s buyer. However, Paul was amazing and did everything he could to keep the chain together despite the circumstances and the fact that our buyer’s agent was nowhere to be seen! Paul was also easily contactable and went above and beyond. Thanks Paul!
18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)They are good at wanting to get house buying processes moving, as well as very quick to complete tasks. However, they try to put on pressure when not needed. Also ended up liaising with three people instead of one. Also, one of their estate agents broke GDPR laws and found my name on Facebook and privately messaged me (9 months after) and asked me to hold her mail (she was also the individual we bought the property from) Not only was I uncomfortable with being contacted on Facebook, but after 9 months, you’d think that you would have redirected your mail by then (we had still been getting all of the mail). I contacted their head office to make a complaint and I was told that someone would contact me that week to discuss what happened and what I would like to happen further this. Well, I didn’t get a phone call.

I would highly recommend them.They take pride in their sales and purchases, they help to relieve the stresses of moving house. We felt sure as soon as we met them that they were the right team, and our instincts were spot on. We used them to sell my elderly mother’s house where she had been for over 60 years. From the initial proceeding when John came to value the house to Selina and Kirsty showing prospective buyers around to Chantelle doing all the conveyancing at the end and all the rest of the team, they all put her at ease and very aware of unsettling but exciting the next chapter of her life would be.Chantelle is a godsend They were prompt in response to emails and made the whole process seamless with a professional demeanor when dealing with awkward buyers and slow solicitors. Everybody was there to lend a listening ear, offer up advice when I needed it and kept me abreast of any given situation. They all emit a sensitivity, understanding and kindness that help you smile in those stressful moments. They are prepared to help with anything that is over and above their work, their negotiation skills are second to none Pick Chapplins and Chapplins don’t change your ethos you are a winning team Thank You from the bottom of our hearts

RPS have helped move our sale on and kept us updated and have been in continuous contact with us throughout. Danielle has helped chase things for us through solicitors that she didn't even have to do and when she did have a day off Imogen was straight onto everything in her place. A huge thank you to you both for everything you did for us to help us purchase our dream home. We would highly recommend RPS to everyone we speak to. 18th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)Suspicious of some sharp practices from Fry & Kent lettings! Just moved out of a flat which was left immaculate but as we moved out a few weeks before handover, they found a few dead flies in the bath and wanted £90 to clean it and witheld my deposit. They also mysteriously ‘lost’ a copy of the inventory which had recorded comments about the dirty state of the flat when we moved into it and spent two days bringing it up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. It was supposed to have been cleaned professionally, but the cleaners must have only wiped the surfaces. I did dispute the excessive £90 charge and had photographic evidence to prove how grubby the flat was when we moved in, compared to how clean it was when we moved out. After a few robust emails arguing my case, they gave up and finally returned the deposit. Big hint when letting from any estate agent is; go over the inventory with a fine tooth comb; take dated and timed pictures of any discrepancies; make sure they are recorded in the tenant’s comments section and keep all correspondence with them. I would not recommend Fry & Kent. Pictures show a supposedly ‘professionally cleaned’ property!!

I’ve not had a great experience being a tenant previously and wasn’t always treated with courtesy and respect by estate agent teams, but W&W have been so professional, responsive and helpful even when short staffed. Maisie, our go-to contact, is excellent and Sarah who has helped out a couple of times too is also great. Thanks so much!

They weren’t too in your face, but had the answers to any questions we had and knew the area well. They made the process of our offering to acceptance seamless.

22nd Oct 2024 (1 day ago)We wanted to work with Marco Harris for their increasing use of social media to advertise properties, however, when it came to put property, they didn't put anything on social media. They always messaged straight after a viewing but otherwise I had to be the first one to chase for an update. I've said no to recommending them but if you have a big house that has a lot of character and personality then yes they'd probably do a better job.

5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
