They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!

13th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Booked a viewing for a flat advertised by Queensgate Residential on Rightmove. Told them on the phone that I will be travelling quite a way for the viewing (>1 hour). When I got to the address at the agreed time, there was no one there. Called them after waiting, they told me I was booked on the system and just said they will call me back, with no apology or explanation. They never called back and never showed up. They completely wasted my time. Nearly walked into the office to ask what was going on, but their total lack of professionalism put me off renting from them at any point.

During my visit, Charlotte was extremely professional and provided detailed explanations about the property. I appreciated all of her hard work and dedication to her job.

27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I got a visit from one of your agent to estimate price for our property he came into our house and got a really rude manner, he came into our property he didn't even get bothered to take his shoes of he just walked through everything made our carpet really dirty full with mud without any care ! Well I would never use this type of agency to say"agent "who has zero respect about peoples home ! The first thing as an adult he should learn if you enter in someones house at least take off your shoes and respect the customers !!!
9th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)avoid if you can!! had a truly bad experience. the listing promised desk chairs and desks in all rooms, they did not have them. moved in to the kitchen rotting, dirty walls, broken furniture in all rooms that they clearly did not care to fix prior to our move. they clearly pocketed the previous tenants deposit money without spending anything to sort the house prior to our move. this was shown by the fact that when we deep cleaned the house before leaving, a drawer i left completely empty all year was black with dirt when wiped. i am now in a house let by adams estates and they are fast to fix any problems and much kinder and more considerate to students.
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)First time in 8 years I had the opportunity to rent a flat through Martin &Co Agents. Sinced the beginning from the first viewing Kyra was showing the flat and explained everything perfectly personal and thu the emails aswell making things clear. Jaidan who took over later, he past us thru the referencing process,(wich was,rapid and efficient)then completing the process and the contract,everything went smooth and efficient and this agency they really impressed us when we went to pick up the flat keys they were attached with a company logo key holder not to mention a beautiful welcome ???? box with sweets and a lot of discount vouchers to different retailers. Thank ???? you for being the best Agents and Agency that I've encountered since my 8 years in UK. Keep up the good work and Happy Easter ???? ????

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
