15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sky was amazing without her we would not have completed before Xmas. Our buyer was with the shambles that call themselves premier property lawyers!!! There systems were shut down and they have been a complete nightmare. Sky went over and above to contact them and the buyer almost daily. Meaning we didn't loose our onwards property of which we are so grateful. Jennie and Joe

22nd Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Living in London estate agents were great to work with. I viewed flats with Jacob who was super helpful and flexible, as well as patient with all my questions. Megan helped me throughout the process of putting in an offer to the landlord, up till actually getting the keys and moving into the flat. Megan was extremely knowledgable and responsive on email, and would give detailed answers to my (numerous) questions - this really helped me feel more comfortable about the entire process. Overall, the team made this experience smoother than I expected!
11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”. Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 26th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)FalsePenny’s After the viewing they don’t care about you anymore. I had a LOT of problems and headaches because of this agency, the worst of London (from a the main door broken, the shower not working, cold and noise coming from a broken window, not this being out fault but having to deal with because the agency wouldn’t help us) do not trust them when they say they will help, I was desperate uncountable times and had bad anxiety. Our last problem was the deposit, they wanted to keep most part of it and leave us with nothing, we needed to ask for a external check and we won the case, the agency was just trying to keep our money. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY.
21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’ve recently used Terence and Jamie for both a sale and purchase transaction and would thoroughly recommend them. There’s no pressure, hard sell.. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the local area and really nice guys to boot. We had WhatsApp chats for updates/arranging bookings etc which worked really well. They also kept things running really smoothly in terms of progress to exchange and completion with the various parties involved. I was previously using a big chain on my sale before instructing Strickland and the difference in terms of experience was light and day. Thanks Guys!
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

We are enjoying our new residence.
