21st Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)Having recently sold my late mother's house, I was extremely impressed by the quality of service I received from my estate agents, Acorn Group and, especially, Joe Reeves, their area sales manager. Joe was my first and main point of contact throughout the process. He provided indispensable support at every stage, even after I returned to the United States where I reside. Notably, every promise he made, he kept. I should also mention he was able to arrange for essential repairs (gas, electricity, plumbing), which were carried out to a uniformly high standard with minimal wait time on my part. On a personal level, Joe was invariably warm and approachable. It was a pleasure to communicate with him, whether in person, by email, or via WhatsUp. I am more than happy to give Joe Reeves my highest recommendation.

From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.
4th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)Been renting with Capital coming up to three years, it has been a bit rocky in the past with complications on rental renewals taking over 6 months after contract to resolve but our recent negations with Jenna Spinks was incredibly smooth and efficient, put us at ease and got it completed before the current contract expires. Really happy with new result.

15th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Overall really pleasant to work with in the selling process. Always responded very quickly and were proactive about booking viewings. The only area of improvement would be feedback from viewings, I probably only received feedback on 30% of the viewings that took place which left me feeling a little in the dark at times.

Richard, the Branch Manager, was helpful at the outset and honest and accurate in his advice regarding price and negotiation. Once we had an offer the rest of the team were great, particularly Robin, who helped massage things along and kept us informed the whole way. I'd definitely use them again (though hopefully I won't have to).

From the very start of the process she always kept us updated and really went the extra mile to get our purchase over the line. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Always pleasant, always professional and nothing was too much trouble. I really can’t recommend Black & Blanc highly enough. In a world of dismal, apathetic agents they are a brightly shining star, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to manage your sale or purchase. They are fantastic!! ??????????
