Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 16th Jan 2025 (9 weeks ago)We chose Your Move New Cross to sell our property. They were easy to respond during the first few days but as the time went by, they would not reply to our emails. We had to call them to get a response. I guess this is to prevent anything they say to be recorded on email hence being evidence against them. I thought i could rely on them to keep the keep the sale moving. I thought wrong. If i didnt keep on chasing, i wouldnt have known that the sellers solicitor have got the wrong email address of my solicitor! It wasnt the agents fault, but if I was not persistent enough, noone would know. We also lost a property that we wanted to buy because we where reassured that the sale was going as expected. We were told that we can complete but it never happened. We almost gave up with the sale but we were already into deep to pull out. For the record, we were told that the longest the sale would be was 16weeks. In the end, the sale took 10months! I dont know if I can recommend them really or is this is really how agents in UK work. Probably paid to poorly to care.
1st Mar 2025 (17 days ago)Overall, a positive experience. The viewings were good, i don’t think they pushed for the most money, but I didn't ask them too so not really a negative. I do think the post sale service needs a lot of work though - I am the one pushing everything along, and chasing the agent and both solicitors, and more could be done to be more pro active. But the sales process was good overall.
8th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Robinson Jackson (RJ) acted as the agents on the house that we purchased recently. From first contact they were very approachable and friendly. We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc Really good service and a special mention for Angharad who kept us up to date through out the process and was friendly, calm and professional through out.

1st Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)Often seemed disinterested in selling it, I was always chasing for feedback. Had some potential buyers but all felt quite passive rather than pushing the sell. Felt like they gave up in the end and didn’t seem bothered for me to move to a different agent. No viewings in a month. Lack of communication and also knowledge of the property. Forgot it was a leasehold to potential viewers and ownership of attic space that I’d explained about prior to instructing.

3rd Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)B&K just sold my flat. Had such a great experience with the team - Jamie, Ellen & Michelle. Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. They navigated tricky parts of the sale well and remained professional throughout. Dealing with the same people from start to finish really makes a different too. I don't have a bad word to say and I couldn't recommend more!

20th Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)I recently purchased through Hunters Forest Hill and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing. As the property was a renovation project, I asked several times to revisit the property to take measurements etc to speed up the process once complete - Bradley & Sarah couldn’t have been more accommodating with access and getting me into the property. I didn’t feel under any ‘salesman’s’ chat - just good advice, knowledge of the property and area. Thanks again for the smooth process!

From the initial viewing, i was met with a professional yet friendly service. I was frequently updated on the progress and everything was explained clearly. Being a first time buyer I had lots of questions, Andrew was super helpful and patient at explaining everything. Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Andrew and the rest of the team.

Guy, Joey and Felix are positive and stay calm under pressure. Their attitude helped me enormously. Our sale went well and Joey worked hard to keep our buyers on side when our purchase fell through.

They marketed the property very well, took great photographs (even swept up the back yard!) and got a lot of viewings booked in on the opening weekend. More than anything they communicated with us well, replying to e-mails at all hours, and really pushed the solicitors on both sides to get the sale completed quickly. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the area.

She is very professional, proactive and responded emails very quickly. Karina was very helpful during the viewing and putting my offer to the seller.
