The response rate is quick and they are very helpful.- 6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Having been let down by one of the competitors, I was wary of all agents but Aaron was extremely helpful and gave me new hope that I would sell! I I had to move back to Wales before the sale and Aaron was great at popping around to check on things the buyer wanted to know. Extremely helpful and a great communicator who kept me in touch at all stages and gave me great advice (even on my purchase property which was nothing g to do with Connells). Fantastic service and support from Aaron in particular but the whole team were great. Would strongly recommend!

Paul from Connells, Hitchin however has restored my faith and has proved to have an outstanding knowledge of the properties and areas he has showed us, as well as taking the time during and after viewings to discuss them. I cannot say enough good things about Mather Estates Agency. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. One person in particular who stood out was Hayley. She was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Her patience and knowledge made the whole experience stress-free.

18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK? This brand and Sharon is SCAM!
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how great India and Charlotte were in helping myself and my daughter find our lovely home. They were both fantastic, informative and very supportive throughout the whole process, a process which was quick but thorough. Always available when I had a question to ask, If India was out of the office, Charlotte was there to assist straight away and visa versa. I would highly recommend William H brown if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you for such great customer service! ?

4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had to move to Stevenage last minute. Considering I have never been to Stevenage, Agent Hybrid was very helpful with finding me a room. I had to leave the room earlier then expected and they were very helpful with finding a new tenant as quickly as possible. Michelle and Yaesmin in particular were very informative.
I use to work alongside Amy. And she is truly amazing at her job. Always helpful when I needed help getting her tenants into their homes. Always happy on the phone. She is an absolute star!

19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook! Thank you again for all your hard work, even throughout the stressful time!
2nd Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Generally very pleasant to deal with. Had to correct a few mistakes they made with the listing which surprised me. Also they initially had to be pushed to progress the sale. However the team were polite, informed me on progress when it was made and generally I was pleased with the overall experience. I was also slightly surprised that they require an up-front payment of £300 for photos that you only get back if they complete the sale. This was in contrast to all other agents.

Nick was hugely knowledgeable, respectful and supportive at every stage, and always kept us up-to-date as things progressed. Based on our experience of their professionalism, standard of service and results, we cannot recommend Wellington Evans strongly enough. When Nick first visited our home, we were immediately impressed with the care and attention he gave our property. He was realistic and honest, and explained the current market and how he would approach selling our house. By the end of the visit, we knew we could trust him to deliver a five star experience - and we weren’t wrong. Nick was consistently engaged and on-hand for our questions and to explain the intricacies of the sale process. Through the strategy he put together for marketing our property, the managing of viewings and the offers we received, it was obvious that Nick was focused on delivering for us. We were very pleased to have him represent us. Don’t be put off by the fact Wellington Evans aren’t a big sprawling agency with offices everywhere - based on our experience, this is one of their many, many strengths.
