My first experience as a landlord wasn’t a satisfactory one and eventually I felt the need to change my agent and that’s when things changed. Michael Webb was extremely friendly and knowledge and immediately I knew I had made the right decision. He’s advise was second-to-none and found me perfect tenants within a matter of days. I 100% recommend Connells!!!
12th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

From the initial valuation to the day we handed over the keys, the team were brilliant, particularly Greg, Jonny and Ryan. But that said, no matter which member of the team we were dealing with, the service was excellent. Viewing feedback and progress updates were given frequently, and it was always easy to get hold of someone if needed. Would highly recommend Ashtons for any future property services.

Being a first time landlord they made the process incredibly straightforward - Indi handled everything so professionally, and was true to her word every step of the way. She was super responsive, thorough and I had complete trust in her to manage the tenancy end-to-end. When selling my property, Indi again actioned things at pace and secured the price I wanted. In terms of managing the process through to completion, the consistent service levels of the team were proven as Hefina was fantastic at liaising with my vendor, keeping me updated and worked in the background to keep the momentum going when the process slowed. They managed all the viewings well and kept us informed of the feedback. They were also able to help negotiate the price of our onward purchase with a neighbouring estate agent. In all very happy. 13th Dec 2024 (14 weeks ago)Communication - I was always chasing Connells for feedback and status updates. It took a week for me to find out why an offer fell through. It was never clear what their strategy was when we had issues selling our property. Advertising - the photos were not good quality. They were washed out, distorted and didn't reflect the size of our property. I also noticed our listing wasn't on Onthemarket.com which seemed like a real miss. Viewings - we had 20+ viewings in 3 months but only 2 offers. They were allowing people who hadn't even sold their property to view ours which was a total waste of time. Complete lack of strategy.

27th Feb 2025 (22 days ago)Felt brutally discriminated on a phone call enquiring for a rental property, after saying I live with an elderly medium-large breed dog and being told I was not going to be accepted with "that" dog. No questions about my dog's characteristics at all (not all dogs are the same!!!!! not all need big gardens and massive houses since mine comes with me to work!!!!). I was told some owners say no to pets despite not saying anything on this Rightmove advert. Why ask me which type of dog if no pets at all were accepted? Awful attitude.
5th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)The team at Agent Hybrid were fantastic. For what turned out to be quite a long winded sale, they kept me updated, kept all parties in the loop and things moving forward. Yasemin was always at the end of the phone when needed, knowledgeable and proactive. The whole experience was great and would 100% use Agent Hybrid again. They are the benchmark for how all other estate agents should operate. Well done team :)
