From day a staff Rene Miller who has lead this process have been phenomenal, such an intelligent, good communication, friendly and knows how receive a customer. 25th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)Worst rental experience of my life. Property was extremely mouldy and GHE did very little to resolve this. I submitted a letter from my doctor because I developed asthma from the mould but no resolution was offered other than cleaning the trickle vents, sending us bleach and the purchase of a second large dehumidifier (where we were expected to pay for all the electricity- £75 per month extra per dehumidifier). The agents clearly want to make as much money as possible with little regard to their legal requirements to ensure a safe environment for their tenants. There was clearly a deep structural issue as the walls would be wet in the morning and no amount of cleaning/dehumidifier could get it under control. You can see in the third photo spots that look like oil - this was mould that covered every wall of the flat. We had to throw out a lot of possessions as they were mould damaged. In total we think we spent over £3,000 on the mould problem. GHE refused to pay for a cleaning to get this under control. I wish we had never rented with GHE as it’s done lasting damage to our physical health. I’ve rented in London for 8 years but this has been head and shoulders worse than any other property. GHE have no redeeming qualities.

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.
4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)It took several fallen through sales before the sale of my Mum's house to go through and Carter Hayward were patient, professional and helpful throughout. At the time we were selling, I lived 50 miles away from my Mum and it was important to us that she felt 100% comfortable with the agent, which she did with these guys. In fact, she described them more than once as 'lovely'! The eventual sale wasn't the smoothest, but they were in constant touch and an effective go between with us and the buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

He helped us find and buy a flat, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. First off, Mr. Hassan was just so easy to deal with. He really knew his stuff when it came to the local property scene, and he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, listened to our needs, and didn't try to push anything on us that wasn't right. Communication was top-notch with Mr. Hassan. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and making sure we knew what was going on. It was really reassuring to have someone so reliable guiding us through the process. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Hassan was his attention to detail. He made sure everything was sorted out smoothly, leaving no stone unturned. It made the whole buying process a breeze. Long story short, if you're in Greenford and in need of a great estate agent, I can't recommend Mr. Hassan at Perkins Estates enough. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy to work with. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
