He was incredibly thorough, answered all our questions, and shared plenty of helpful information about the properties that we wouldn't have known otherwise. Everyone I spoke to on the phone at the agency was also really helpful and responsive. Highly recommend them.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

Throughout that time, she was professional, reliable, and always easy to communicate with. Leigh was particularly helpful when it came to managing the flat and dealing with any maintenance or repair issues. Whenever something needed fixing, she handled it promptly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. It was reassuring to know we could rely on him to get things sorted without delay. She was always responsive, kept us informed, and showed genuine care in making sure everything was in good order. We would highly recommend Leigh to anyone looking for a dependable and proactive agent!

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.
4th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

Their communication and support have been excellent throughout, and we have been very happy renting through them. Highly recommended.

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Communication is extremely poor — emails and calls are often ignored, and urgent issues are not properly handled. During the tenancy, multiple problems were left unresolved, making the living experience stressful and frustrating. At the end, they charged unreasonable fees without clear evidence or justification. Please do not trust the positive reviews on Google Maps. I strongly suspect this company is inflating its rating with fake reviews????????????????????????? Overall, I would strongly advise others to avoid renting through this agency.
