Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with James Laurence. I took time off work for a viewing, submitted all the requested documents within 30 minutes afterwards, at the asking price without even negotiating, and clearly explained that I needed to secure a place urgently.<br><br>Despite this, I was later told the property had already been let agreed. This happened to me repeatedly, wasting my time and even my annual leave. My credit history and background are good, and I had no issues with the checks.<br><br>They clearly do not value prospective tenants’ time. If you want a smooth and professional experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very poor service.
28th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.
24th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service

Always responsive and proactive in ensuring all matters were being chased and always a friendly service. I would have no hesitation in using Hannah again. Thank you
18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Sadly I split up with my Wife of 10 years during Covid. Horton and Senate found me a beautiful place to rent near my workplace and have supported me throughout. When my boiler stopped working and when one of my taps failed they immediately sorted it. Those things are really important to me. Like really important. After six years of renting the landlord decided to sell his property. It’s only been through their support and flexibility that has enabled me to find a new home so quickly. Their staff are amazing and actually treat me like a human being and not just a tenant x
