2nd Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I have recently renteda property from Paul Dubberley in West Bromwich. I found the staff professional and friendly. I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

From the initial visit to the property being let out, everything went smoothly. Todd arranged viewings and the property was let within a week. He kept us informed throughout each step of the process and answered any queries we had, in a timely fashion.<br>He has also helped us on an existing rental, improving communications with the tenant.

15th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)There was very little communication over a long period after phoning them again and again,despite no viewings taking place. The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.

15th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I would not recommend using Taylor Estate Agents based on my experience with them. The level of customer service I received was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was a major issue throughout the process — no replies were received to emails, and getting any form of response often required repeated chasing. When contact was eventually attempted, it was still unhelpful and lacked any real detail or effort to progress things properly. Overall, it felt like there was very little interest in maintaining communication or supporting the client once initial contact had been made. Both negotiators I dealt with, Lauren and Fern, were particularly disappointing in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. Updates were rare, and I frequently had to chase just to get basic information. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Compared to other estate agents I’ve used, Taylor Estate Agents are significantly below standard. There are far better agencies available that are more proactive, communicative, and reliable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using them, as the lack of communication and basic customer care made the entire experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.- 18th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I rented out a property through Dixons Quinton and Jaia was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process - would highly recommend!!

11th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. Having had used previously another well known high street agent, Mike was certainly a breath of fresh air during what is usually a stressful time. The marketing of our home was exceptional, viewings completed by Mike took the stress out of this for us, and our home sold with Mike continuously supporting us following, with the surveys, additional viewings and negotiations with our buyers.<br>The personalised approach and genuine care received from Mike was second to none from start to finish.<br>You will not be disappointed with Mike EweMove Stafford, I whole heartedly recommend him to everyone who may be considering selling their home.
