8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
13th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.

Just been dealing with Danica Novakovic on a re-let all done in a matter of Hours 10/10 Danica<br>Also top of more or less everything is Joe Newman he really is more than helpful and seems an expert in everything he does

Les and his team were excellent at giving us advice, providing feedback from all the viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.
22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.
24th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We used H&N for the sale of our flat in the summer, as well as buying our new house through them. Having viewed a lot of properties with a range of local agents, they are far and away the best of the bunch. From the valuation and listing, to viewings, it's always the same team, meaning they understand each and every detail of your property, which saves the 'I'll need to check that and come back to you' you encounter lots, and keeps it incredibly streamlined and efficient. They are clearly very considered in who to get through the door meaning we had a near 100% strike rate of viewings to offers, and sold our property in under 2 weeks from listing to offer accepted. When it came to buying, and a special mention to Niaombh who was the driving force throughout, she truly went above and beyond, pulling strings across a 10 house chain, calling agents, managing agents, solicitors and surveyors, to fast-track a bunch of outstanding enquiries and issues, and get us in the door of the new house 8 days before our new baby arrived. A genuine, trustworthy and super friendly group or people. I'm confident you will not find a better estate agent, whether selling or buying, in the area.

Zak and Nick were always on hand to help out. Communication was great and I would thoroughly reccomend this team. Big thanks to team at Patcham!

21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Horrible experience with this company, and Beau one of their salespeople. Lied through their teeth about the apartment I was buying. Promised a fixed service charge, quick purchase, 10 year warranty and much more - none of this was true.<br><br>Mishons also conveniently omitted the fact that the building I viewed was bought out of bankruptcy, meaning next to none of the documentation required for the safe purchase of a flat was present.<br><br>After my solicitor received the shambolic attempt at answering her enquiries about the property, I called their manager, explaining all the lies I was told. All I got back was ‘perhaps Beau was given the wrong info.’ Completely remorseless. Needless to say, the sale did not go through.<br><br>I wasted thousands of pounds and months of my life dealing with Mishons. Avoid this company like the plague.<br><br>If you are thinking about purchasing a flat in Palmer House - don’t.

In fact, all the team are exceptional.<br>From start to finish, they were attentive, realistic, professional and true to their word.<br><br>That they were all friendly, and could add a personal touch, was a delightful surprise.<br><br>Buying and selling property is notoriously stressful.<br>James and James made it easy.
