Apart from that woman, they’ve put two completely incompetent people there who have absolutely no idea what the other person is doing. You tell them something, they don’t understand you, and they don’t understand each other either. It’s just ridiculous. Honestly, I have nothing more to say about an agency that gives those properties to those people and then expects tenants to pay rent.

27th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I was locked out and was told an engineer would be with me shortly due to the urgency. 3 hours later no engineer, rang back and was told that the reception service couldn't help me only log tickets on the CRM but agents should be monitoring.No agent contacted me. If it was up to ewemove I would have slept outside.
23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Jack Taggart owes me £20,000 for the deposit I gave him for the property we were buying but the sale fell through. He made countless promises to return the money. But no single penny was returned! I went through all legal ways to communicate with him but he ignored all of it. It seems this is a common theme as he been exposed on the Argus.
6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
