Zoe Woodward was an excellent Sales Progressor who kept me consistently updated throughout the process and was always available to explain each stage clearly. Her communication was outstanding, and she was incredibly proactive in liaising with me, the seller, and the conveyancing solicitors to keep everything moving forward smoothly. Zoe’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful, responsive and patient. Despite a few stressful moments outside of anyone’s control, Dom in particular kept things moving, kept us updated and was always approachable throughout. Would absolutely recommend Jacobs Steel and we’ll definitely be using them again when the time eventually comes for us to sell. Thanks again to the whole team. Charlie & Amber
8th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. 22nd May 2026 (30 days ago)The worst estate agent I've ever used! I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there. I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it! I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME! It's been over a week. Don't waste your time with these people!

They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

The customer care is always first class, very helpful and the communication from them is exactly what you need in an estate agent. This process can be very stressful but they make it so easy.

Special thanks to Charlie who walked us through the process from start to finish.<br><br>As first time buyers there were lots of things we didn’t know but Charlie was always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.
