12th May 2026 (12 days ago)Amazing experience! Agent: Sophie Copley was amazing throughout the starting process. She replied to emails quickly and helped us feel confident in what we were signing up for as first time private renters. It was a quick process and we were able to find an amazing house that fit our needs. Experience: Other organisations in Cambridge aren’t as attentive to what we were asking for, after a long wait of seeing houses that weren’t looked after well and the agents not enthusiastic, cheffins was a breath of fresh air. Clean house, clearly well looked after and ready to be viewed! Staff: They are kind and always looking to help even if it isn’t their property or duty to help with. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you ??????

Both on the purchase and rental side they have always kept me informed of opportunities and been on the front foot keeping me in mind. Chris, Elen, Magnus & the team were all involved throughout the entire process and made what can be a stressful process as easy as it could be. Communication and updates were frequent which kept us informed about the progress of both transactions. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
20th May 2026 (4 days ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!- 10th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)They were friendly, professional and responded quickly to my enquiries. They had someone in mind when I instructed them and in fact a sale was agreed before it even went on to the market! Their sales progressor was then invaluable in making sure the process made it through to completion.

14th May 2026 (10 days ago)Overall, our experience renting through Leaders was mixed. The process was slower than expected, which caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty during the move. To be fair, the staff did try to reassure us that our application was progressing well, but communication and delays were still frustrating at times. One part of the experience that I did not appreciate was the pressure around purchasing tenant insurance. After paying the holding deposit, I was told that declining the insurance could negatively affect our application with the landlord. This did not make much sense to me, as the insurance was for our personal belongings rather than the property itself, and in the end the landlord was perfectly happy for us not to take it. On the positive side, Charlie, who showed us the property, was excellent throughout the process. He was professional, well prepared, knowledgeable about every aspect of the house, and very clear in his communication. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about doing his job well, and he helped make a stressful process feel much smoother.

Megan McFarlane was incredibly helpful and assisted me throughout, from the initial enquiry right through to moving in. Communication was always prompt and professional. Highly recommend Abbotts and Megan in particular — a truly seamless letting experience.

She went above and beyond to help us, including arranging an extra viewing so that all potential tenants could visit the property. They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.

15th May 2026 (9 days ago)We honestly can’t recommend Dan at Ewemove highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing to deal with. Always friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us through the process. Buying and selling can be incredibly stressful, but Dan was always contactable, quick to respond, and reassuring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his communication and support really made a huge difference. A lovely person and a fantastic estate agent, we’re so grateful for all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

20th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
