Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Tommy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — always professional, friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Bethan has also been fantastic and has been so helpful throughout. The have been absolutely outstanding. They actively marketed the property and have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate whatever I have needed. I cannot recommend them enough. 4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.<br>Great service even though they were extremely busy.<br>Thanks again ??????
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

As<br>*The tenant was not properly vetted.<br>* Peter Alan failed in their duty of care.<br>* They continued to support the tenant despite repeated breaches of the tenancy agreement.<br>* I have suffered financial loss because of their actions.<br>* No responsible person or assigned to sort out things , I spoke to letting agent , customer service, accountant department and rent department. No one knows how to sort out the issues.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.
