After having our property on the market for 6 months with another estate agent and only having less than a handful of viewings, we were beginning to question the state of the market and our property itself.
But our faith was restored after trusting the team at Property Plus to sell our house. Within 1 week the Sales agent Maria had arranged a viewing which happened to be the one and only as an offer was made there and then for the full asking price!
I cannot express how grateful we are for Property Plus ensuring that the entire selling process was straightforward and as smooth as possible. The office staff are very polite, professional and communication between themselves and their clients is superb. The sales team obviously do an excellent job at showcasing the potential of the property that they are tasked with selling. I would not use this company again. It's been a very difficult time. I feel I was misled and currently pursuing a complaint through the property redress scheme.
Some of the agents were helpful on the phone, the branch manager and managing director have very poor service whilst dealing with my complaint and even breached my data right of access.
I went with them because of a 90day guarantee so basically went with the fact that it was either cheap fee or free. I regret that choice because when you're selling a home service is much more important. I wish I'd give with a different provider with a higher fee. You definitely get what you pay for.
Unfortunately I had to chase them for feedback on visits despite being told I would receive regular updates, the text booking system I found easy however they were cancelling visits that weren't rearranged and also turned up at my fit unannounced once. That viewer never booked back in it would have been a bad impression.
My complaint about the fee aside even if they were able to honour it. I still feel like the service was poor. It took 21 days of chasing to get an answer to my email for example. I had one agent trekking me something on the telephone and another telling me something different by email.
I have sold my house but it was a very stressful experience which I wholly believe was caused by property plus. Even my buyer who I had to meet at my old property with keys complained about her feelings with them.
I've never sold a house before and it's been awful experience with property plus one I wouldn't want anyone else to go through

They have a lot of Facebook activity but can be a bit "whitenoise" most of the posts were houses sold or adverts for themselves. I didn't really see any active selling of my house and when challenging then on it, they occasionally shared a Facebook listing. There's no floor layouts that I wanted due to the shape of my home and it being harder to picture. Whilst they used Zoopla and Rightmove I don't think they were actively trying people looking for houses in my area about my home, because they were reluctant to contact clients to obtain feedback so I can't see them being proactive.
Also they advise they with later but it's 9-5. No viewings on weekend(which is when people want to look) and in the snow due to catching up with workload they sent a viewer to me to show around!
COVID measures wise they were respectful, I was told that viewers will have seen the video first to only have genuine people in a position to proceed coming into my home. But I've woman came she didn't realise there was a bathroom also downstairs and she hadn't sold her house yet
So in summary. I would honestly tell Friends and family to stay clear.
