16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We bought a stone farm house in Pembrokeshire in May earlier this year through Savilles. Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Fantastic service, supportive and efficient always, the team in cowbridge I can’t recommend highly enough
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)As soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Great to work with excellent service and friendly staff
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)My thanks to everyone at Hunters in what proved to be quite a difficult time in selling our property
We finally got there though.
Once again many thanks for your patience and understanding in getting the deal done
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)cannot thank Hallie enough. she worked past closing to show us around a property and everyone has been so helpful everytime we’ve had an enquiry! they truly go above and beyond to keep the client happy ??????
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.
Great service even though they were extremely busy.
Thanks again ??????
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Literally as the house went live, we had a call within 5 minutes to say a viewing had been booked. It has been on the market less than 4 days and we had an offer SSTC, and accepted. Very quick thank you
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Terrible experience selling with this branch. Seriously, find a different agent, or sell it yourself using a cheaper option. - You'll end up doing most of the work with these anyway...
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Would highly recommend Northwood. They have been great throughout the whole buying and selling process. Paris has been exceptional and is always willing to answer your calls and speak to you when you have a question. Even when she’s not available, the rest of the team know exactly what’s going on and can help out.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Olivia Louise sold a property for me in summer 2026. Olivia Louise is by far the best estate agents I have worked with. Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)From the 1st visit to completion Staff always helpful and kept us updated at each stage as appropriate .
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)EXCELLENT SERVICE. Can't fault how hard they worked for us!

23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Great service and friendly
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Over promise the service they will provide on selling your property, once you are signed up and locked in all these promises disappear and they are pretty unhelpful. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Fantastic service, great communication would highly recommend and definitely use again.
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have changed agents. The house remains unsold
10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The lady I dealt with was so rude and abrupt, I called from another estate agent to discuss something on behalf of my client, she completely disregarded me no manners or respect at all. I wouldn’t want to imagine how she communicates with customers, disgraceful

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We used Mel for the sale of our property, after being let down from our first estate agent.
All I can say is I wished I had used Mel from the start. She was always more than happy to assist with any questions that I had & was extremely helpful for our first time buyers to help them with the process. We had a bit of a situation with solicitors, but Mel was onto them, chasing and efficiently got everything organised.
I would highly recommend Mel if you’re looking to sell your house!
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Came out to value quickly, gave us a number of options with solicitors etc overall very helpful
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Wayne was an amazing estate agent, supported us throughout the whole process. He was always available when we had questions. He was the most engaged agent in our part chain. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough to any prospective seller.
