2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We appointed William H Brown to manage the sale of my 95 year old mothers house as she was moving across the country to be nearer ourselves. I can only say that the service provided by the team from start to finish was absolutely excellent and first class. Becca Bradshaw went beyond the call of duty to help with all the completion of forms etc which my mother in law found hard. Her care and attention was much appreciated by us all. Courtney Lister acted as a fantastic team member, updating me on a weekly basis on progress, always contactable and liaising with the solicitors on a regular basis which was key to the progress of the sale and purchase. Even after the sale was completed when an important teapot was found to be have been left behind Courtney personally packaged it up and sent on to us which meant so much to my mother in law and we are so grateful to her for doing that, it is far more than could have been expected. I cannot recommend the team more!

After only 2 weeks on the market we secured a chain with four buyers but had a challenge with the start of the chain. This has taken several months and continual chasing by Paul Wallace to secure a success for all. We have finally moved and grateful thanks to all and highly recommend all at Paul Wallace, Hoddesdon.

Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. The care, professionalism and understanding they brought to my move was genuinely outstanding, Shoutout to Pio too who was brilliant supporting in the final stages and I can without doubt note that every single person I dealt with from Mihomes went above and beyond in every sense. 28th May 2026 (22 days ago)My experience with Lifestyle Property Agents began when I paid a holding deposit for a rental property. What should have been a straightforward process quickly turned into weeks of back?and?forth emails. The agency initially refused to refund the deposit, alleging “fraudulent payslips” based only on an AI flag from their referencing provider. No evidence of fraud was ever produced, and the application was closed simply due to non?response. Despite repeated requests for clarification, they maintained this position until I pressed them on the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Only then did they change course and agree to refund — but even at that stage attempted to deduct £61 for referencing costs, which are prohibited under the Act. This drawn?out process highlights a concerning pattern: Lifestyle Property Agents rely on tenants not understanding the law to justify keeping deposits. Their communication was aggressive, their reasoning inconsistent, and only persistence forced them to back down. While the refund was eventually offered, tenants should be aware: always insist on written evidence, challenge unlawful deductions, and know your rights under the Tenant Fees Act.

We had an unusual Grade 2 listed building to sell and we had tried several other agents but nobody matched the amount of viewings that Shepherds provided. Therefore we had confidence that they would eventually get us a sale - and they did! A big thank you to Adam and the team, in particular Nathaniel and Ava - always friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Shepherds to give your property the care and attention it needs to get the right people through the door.
5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)My fiancée and I have recently purchased our first house through Durden & Hunt, and I can honestly say that Olivia was the reason we ended up buying the property. After months of dealing with various estate agents, Olivia was the first person who genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for. In fact, she called me after the office had closed one evening to talk through our requirements, understand our situation and discuss a property she thought would be a great fit. No other agent we dealt with went to those lengths. From that point onwards, Olivia was absolutely fantastic. She was proactive, knowledgeable, responsive and, most importantly, she genuinely cared about getting the transaction over the line. Throughout what turned out to be a lengthy conveyancing process, she kept us informed, chased when needed, coordinated between solicitors and estate agents, and regularly went above and beyond to make sure things kept moving. What stood out most was her persistence and communication. Whenever there was an update, she would pick up the phone. Whenever something needed chasing, she was already on it. At times it genuinely felt like she was as invested in the move as we were. Buying a house can be stressful, especially as first-time buyers moving up the ladder, but Olivia made the process far easier than it otherwise would have been. We honestly do not think we would be moving into our new home without her help, support and determination. A huge thank you to Olivia and the team at Durden & Hunt.
