21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.<br><br>When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.<br><br>What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. He genuinely went above and beyond to get everything over the line.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Westley and Morgan Alexander highly enough

27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)These were not my agent but equally I have used WHB before and had a less than desirable experience. April- October 2026; This branch were obstructive, deflective and withholding of vital information in a 2 property chain that took 6 long and painful months. A buy to let buyer and my property at the end was empty!<br><br>Crucial information wasn’t divulged and WHB ignored phone calls&caused delays providing answers when we thought we were ready to exchange (multiple times).<br><br>That’s now 2 WHB branches that I’ve dealt with, that aren’t honest and have done a sub-standard job. The buyer at the bottom of the chain used WHB in-house advisor, and you might think this would speed up proceedings BUT it slowed everything down. WHB wouldn’t let anyone know what we were waiting for due to ‘GDPR’, when it simply turned out to be that there was a mortgage offer in place but the buyer couldn’t decide what they were doing, so hadn’t accepted the mortgage and had stopped all searches/conveyancing. This isn’t GDPR, this is openness and communication to the other clients in the chain. The other members of the chain have a right to know what stage the sale is at and if indeed they are willing to wait based on the facts!<br><br>I honestly think if WHB were a different agent this sale could and would have gone through in 3 months. They cost me money and stress. So I will always avoid them and anyone using them going forward.

Elia was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always patient with me despite the many questions I had (as I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly).<br><br>Elia was always available when I contacted her, consistently polite, reassuring and supportive throughout the journey. It was not the easiest process for us, so I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. We are now happy tenants, hopefully one day we will be happy home owners ?? thank you Elia from C & J!

Chris in the lettings department deals with all our tenancies and is fantastic. To the point, no flannel, gets the job done and is honest. William in sales has also been very helpful in what we have asked. Would recommend.

Living in Canada we totally relied on our real estate agents to take us through the process and provide us with trustworthy advice. Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I wasn’t even buying my house through Peter, but a friend recommended I chat to him while we were going through conveyancing hurdles and his guidance and support was exceptional. He took time to speak with me on multiple occasions, gave me practical advice to power through road blocks with solicitors, and is overall clearly an expert in his field. If I were in the position to buy or sell again I would absolutely give Pete a call based on the first class support he gave me totally out of the goodness of his heart.
