Communication was clear, the marketing was effective, and every step felt well managed. 16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.
18th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.
15th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)My experience with Douglas Allen was extremely disappointing. My complaint relates to communication, transparency and the handling of my sale. I was not informed of important information regarding my buyer’s funding arrangements when I believe I should have been, and this resulted in significant stress, disruption and additional costs. After completing their complaints procedure, I have referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman for an independent review. I will update this review once that process has concluded.

18th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)This is our second year renting with MySpace - we are very happy with their service and would really recommend them. Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

Communication was always excellent with Andrew. When we moved out, Panikos made sure we had a smooth transition and the deposit was returned to us immediately.

27th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.

They were really fast with their responses and Nick was especially brilliant in sorting everything out and giving advice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or to let. Thank you
