I hold them in high regard and highly recommend them. I have used other local agents for both letting and sales over the years and frankly they do not compare favourably. Theydons are my strong recommendation for both sales and property management.
29th May 2026 (22 days ago)We were recently moving houses under short notice, and we're incredibly lucky to have found a flat that was let via Winkworth. Sharing details and setting up viewings were a breeze, and Matthew from the Hackney office was a gem. He was super kind and professional, gave us every detail we needed, and most importantly, went above and beyond with finalising the flat for us when due to change of circumstances with the landlord - the timelines were uncertain and shifting a few times. Considering the short notice in which we had to move, we were so nervous about this but the one person who was consistently available to speak, helpful in understanding our concerns, gathering more information, reassuring us of all the details and actually getting the agreement and move done was Matthew and we could not be more grateful to him. Winkworth was also excellent in all the moving-in documentation and processes they had set up. Thanks a mil!
21st May 2026 (30 days ago)Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!

The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.
2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We bought a house in Leyton with Allen and Davies. Our main point of contact was Vivien - she was amazing. It is very rare to come across kind, helpful and good at their job estate agents(!) - but she was very much this. She made the process so much easier from start to finish and we felt in safe hands. She was really good at communicating and keeping us abreast of developments. Honest, fair and reliable. We worked a bit with Tony too and he was great. Overall we highly recommend Allen and Davies - they were transparent, helpful, and the best estate agent we have worked with to date.

16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

25th May 2026 (26 days ago)We stayed at a short let flat managed by April Properties for a few months. Property was nicely furnished and clean! Property manager Ezgi was very nice and communicative, and she addressed any issues we had.
18th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)This is our second year renting with MySpace - we are very happy with their service and would really recommend them. Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!

3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)When it came to selling our home and finding our next one, Sadek promised he would get the job done, and he delivered on both! Writing this review from my new home with a cuppa! We decided not to go with one of the large national estate agents and instead chose Just Moovin because we wanted someone who would genuinely care about our situation and the journey my family and I were going through, rather than just being a target or KPI. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision. Our chain was long and complicated, with numerous issues further up the chain causing delays, but throughout the whole process Sadek was brilliant. He kept us updated regularly, chased where needed, and was always communicating with solicitors, other agents and anyone else involved to keep things moving. It genuinely felt like he left no stone unturned. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone proactive, honest and committed made a huge difference. I can't thank Sadek enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Just Moovin to anyone looking to move.
