14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I'd very much recommend using these guys. I completed the purchase of my new home through Fisks last week (24 July 26). I was fortunate this purchase was very smooth & went from offer accepted to moving in within around 13 weeks, which is about as smooth/fast as you can hope for. I'm sure the other staff in the office are great too, but I only delt with Simon, who made everything easy, was very communicative, & got my new home purchase wrapped up nicely in 3 months.

28th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t recommend Hamptons highly enough! Jason was fantastic from the moment we contacted Hamptons to register our interest in finding a new house in Haslemere. He listened to our requirements and helped to buy our wonderful new home. He always keeping us informed of what was happening in the chain and was very supportive and reassuring along the way. Stuart was also extremely helpful in making sure the purchase progressed. I wish all estate agents provided such a great service.

Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.

He was always there to answer my questions, guide me through every step, and make what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. David brought up things about the homes I was thinking about asking and even some other details that was good info to know. I'm incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and dedication, and I couldn't recommend him more. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients even after he hands you the keys, David is the one!

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.

My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)
