14th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Worst estate agent. Promised a lot and delivered nil. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Waste of space.
28th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I booked a viewing on 24 February 2026 for an appointment confirmed on 28 February at 12:00 pm. I travelled nearly two hours to attend, arrived on time, and when I called the agent to check their arrival, I was casually told the appointment had been cancelled. No one informed me beforehand. No call. No email. Nothing. This shows a total lack of basic organisation and zero respect for clients’ time. Cancelling appointments without notifying people is unacceptable, especially when customers are travelling significant distances. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I would strongly question how they handle actual clients. Very disappointing experience.

19th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

13th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)I went in t get a key cut from a lock i had just bought for 10 pounds at screw fix and they said it would be 15 pounds I said how come you charge so much they said " because we can" THEY are taking advantage of people the blanks on ebay you can get 5 for 5 pounds
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

I was desperate to complete before Christmas as I was potentially homeless and Jon pulled out every stop to make sure this happened. I cannot thank him enough.

20th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)As the owner of the house R Bhasker bought below, I feel it's only fair to say my opinion of Neil King and his team is the absolute opposite. They have been professional, straightforward, proactive, and fair throughout. I have known them for years; I have used them both as a buyer and as a seller; and I would not hesitate to recommend them. In my experience they operate with great integrity in an industry where trust is at a premium. And I can see my experience is echoed in most of the other reviews. Lastly, my own opinion on the survey is that it was perfectly normal for a house of this age and type. Any issues with vermin were common, localised, minor, and dealt with quickly.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.
