Rechay was calm, reassuring, and supportive, particularly during the times when the process became stressful and frustrating.<br><br>She was always very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever there were hiccups in the process, she explained what was happening clearly and liaised with my conveyancer to help resolve any issues and keep everything moving forward.<br><br>Rechay was always approachable and available when I needed her, which gave me great confidence and reassurance throughout my home-buying journey. Despite several unexpected bumps along the way, they kept momentum going and steered the sale to completion with genuine professionalism. I’m grateful for their persistence and would happily recommend them to anyone and of course will use them again for any other property sales I may have in future

From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.

Scott’s manor and approach was exemplary with all the potential buyers he showed around the house . His feedback was honest and quick. The after sales team (sales progression) lead by Helena was top draw. We were in what turned out to be a horrendous chain and if Helena had not been so efficient and relentless I don’t think we would have ever exchanged contracts . I can’t recommend these people and company enough . Very best Peter
