Many estate agents keeps you as option, wastes your time.They were always helpful, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient team that won’t waste your time, I highly recommend them. Excellent service.
17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

21st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Very unpleasant conversion trying to arranged viewing.<br>I try to make apoitment to view property in West Byfleet. Have conversion with Lucas Davies.<br>Beed pushed to get appointment with they college for mortgage. I try to explain as is all arranged and no need to do that. However he arranged appointment which I cancelled next day. Then Lucas call. Conversion it was very unpleasant to the point as I have to cancel viewings despite having £200.000 deposit and sufficient mortgage. House was going for £555.000<br>More interested in third party business that own workplace.<br>I would strongly recommend to avoid them.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

I originally used them as my letting agent for over 10 years, and because of that positive experience, I decided to instruct them for the sale of my property as well.<br><br>It turned out to be a fantastic decision. We were looking for a house for a few months and met with lots of different agents in that time, but Sat was stand out for us - very patient with our questions, proactive about thinking of us for upcoming properties, and kept as as informed as he could. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
