12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.
20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Without doubt, Martin & Co. provide a service that surpasses anything you could possibly ask from a Letting and Management Agent. The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.
15th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We entrusted Edward (Ed) Sargeant of Batcheller Monkhouse to sell a vacant property which was subject to an AOC (agricultural occupancy condition) - not straight forward. From initial instructions through to completion Ed handled the transaction with true professionalism; I would strongly recommend Ed/Batcheller Monkhouse as a solid and trustworthy agent.

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Both absolute diamonds who have always had my best interest at heart and always gone above and beyond. Can’t recommend the guys at Belvoir Guildford enough!

They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
12th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)I chose Vickery to sell my house for me after looking at several other estate agents. When Toby Williams came to my home for a chat we got on well. He was confident, friendly and relaxed and assured me that Vickery would do the job. He was right.<br>He kept me informed about our progress calling me every Thursday with an update. Selling your home is an ordeal but Toby and the rest of the team at Vickery gave me the confidence to believe that it would happen. Thank you to all of them.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

It went so smoothly, from start to finish.<br>Our house was on the market mid June and completed mid August!<br>Frank also recommended us to use Juno Solicitors and they were outstanding. Alex and Daisy were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and within 2 weeks we had an offer on our house. The communication throughout the process has been excellent.
