Both my wife and I have felt like we have been managed very professionally and allowed the flexibility we needed throughout the process. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but KF seemed to do everything in their power to get us to our desired outcome. I know when we next need these services we’ll be knocking on the door at the Cobham branch and asking for Victoria.

The team at the Great Bookham office was very supportive throughout the lease signing process; they responded promptly and provided the guidance we needed to finalise it.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

11th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Davies Property Management have managed my property for 20 years.<br>I have had excellent service, reliable, knowledgeable and consistant.<br>Dave Jones, Head of Property Management, has been outstanding in helping me and has taken the responsibility for a property that I now have problems in visiting.<br>Dave has dealt with difficult situations and tenants ensuring that the property is well maintained and meets all legal standards required.<br>I cannot recommend Dave enough and the service he provides to ensure your property is well looked after, especially as the regulations governing Landlords ever increase.<br>Dave and his team go the extra mile!<br><br>Turning to Mike Wallis , Davies Bespoke/Davies Property Partners, who handled the sale of my property.<br>I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star. Mike is very knowledgable and has great expertise in managing the ups and downs of the "chain".<br>He is very organised and an excellent communicator.<br>Without him the process would have been hard work and worrying,. He achieved the sale price which I had hoped for.<br>I cannot recommend him enough to entrust with the sale of your property.<br>He and his team worked hard and fully deserve their commission!

Oliver and Giles were super helpful, even going out of their way and getting information and talking to the solicitors. This has been a long procedure but a very pleasant one. I could highly recommend them as they are very professional and trustworthy. Thank you again!

I originally used them as my letting agent for over 10 years, and because of that positive experience, I decided to instruct them for the sale of my property as well.<br><br>It turned out to be a fantastic decision. 27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Ralph James while trying to rent a property at Helena House, Royal Earlswood, ahead of starting my new job at East Surrey Hospital.<br>I viewed the property with an agent named Hugo Cina. Following the viewing, I received what appeared to be legitimate emails containing the tenancy agreement and payment instructions. During the process, I was told that iI needed to pay the 5 weeks rent as deposit at first, and then told to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit for them to send me the contract letter. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay more than the usual holding deposit- which is one week's rent, I was encouraged to make the payment quickly so that the tenancy could proceed.<br>I subsequently received bank account details that I was told belonged to the landlord and, relying on those instructions and the accompanying telephone conversations, transferred £346. I have retained copies of the emails, call records and payment confirmation.<br>The following day, when I contacted the agency, I was informed by a senior member of staff, Sam, that their email system had been compromised. Since then, despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Sam and the Head of Lettings, Katie, I have received no meaningful response or assistance regarding the money I lost.<br>I have now submitted a formal police report regarding the suspected fraud. The lack of communication and support from the agency after being informed of the incident has been extremely disappointing.<br>Whether the payment resulted from a compromise of their systems or another cause is something for the relevant authorities to investigate. However, as a prospective tenant, I acted entirely in good faith, relying on communications that appeared to come directly from the agency.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this agency. I hope they improve their security, communication and support for customers who find themselves in situations like mine.<br><br>I would not recommend their services as they are not secure, professional and aren't helpful at all.

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
