Dan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the sale of our property in Cobham, and a genuine pleasure to deal with.<br><br>This isn’t the first property I have sold with Dan, and the fact that I’ve chosen to use him again speaks volumes. He made the whole process straightforward and was always approachable, helpful and on hand whenever I needed him.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan and the team at Knight Frank again, and we look forward to working with them on the next sale.

They enabled us to get the best possible price for the house and guided us through the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your sale or purchase.

13th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Curchods sold our family home of over 60 years. Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

They have always been very helpful, supporting in finding the right tenants, managing all maintenance requirements and making the whole process run smoothly. The team get to know their clients well, bringing a personal touch to all interactions. I would highly recommend them.

26th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. We were looking for a house for a few months and met with lots of different agents in that time, but Sat was stand out for us - very patient with our questions, proactive about thinking of us for upcoming properties, and kept as as informed as he could. 27th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Ralph James while trying to rent a property at Helena House, Royal Earlswood, ahead of starting my new job at East Surrey Hospital.<br>I viewed the property with an agent named Hugo Cina. Following the viewing, I received what appeared to be legitimate emails containing the tenancy agreement and payment instructions. During the process, I was told that iI needed to pay the 5 weeks rent as deposit at first, and then told to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit for them to send me the contract letter. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay more than the usual holding deposit- which is one week's rent, I was encouraged to make the payment quickly so that the tenancy could proceed.<br>I subsequently received bank account details that I was told belonged to the landlord and, relying on those instructions and the accompanying telephone conversations, transferred £346. I have retained copies of the emails, call records and payment confirmation.<br>The following day, when I contacted the agency, I was informed by a senior member of staff, Sam, that their email system had been compromised. Since then, despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Sam and the Head of Lettings, Katie, I have received no meaningful response or assistance regarding the money I lost.<br>I have now submitted a formal police report regarding the suspected fraud. The lack of communication and support from the agency after being informed of the incident has been extremely disappointing.<br>Whether the payment resulted from a compromise of their systems or another cause is something for the relevant authorities to investigate. However, as a prospective tenant, I acted entirely in good faith, relying on communications that appeared to come directly from the agency.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this agency. I hope they improve their security, communication and support for customers who find themselves in situations like mine.<br><br>I would not recommend their services as they are not secure, professional and aren't helpful at all.

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
