20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.
14th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I have recently let my property through Hot Black. Appreciated the support given to get it ready for market. I liked their system notifying me of the viewings so I was able to track what was happening. Good communications throughout. Referencing of tenants completed quickly. Hope that ongoing property management reflects this initial experience.
18th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I inquired about a flat, took my details and never got back , said they will get back in a few days but it's been weeks now.
22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)The overall experience of dealing with Statons was extremely professional. The whole team was very good and easy to work with and my main contact Carolyn was exceptional . Thank you for making it happen.
8th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me.
After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else.
DISGRACEFUL.
22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Gilbert has been a really professional agent who understands the pull and push from both ends. He has made our house purchase smoothly and provided end-to-end services.
10th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Absolutely **** show of a customer service, only interested in taking details, constant change of stories. Until they get put on the back foot and told to be ethical and honest.
17th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Infinity Property have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they made the whole process of buying a property feel so easy and straightforward.
Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions.
I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!
26th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Reviews keep getting reported, and deleted!
Text message after text message from them about Karma, and how spiritual and honest they are. While refusing to give me invoices for building works they had managed, and overcharged me for! As I am asking them to negotiate the cost of the roof, they have gone ahead, and started installing the roof! Roofers who replaced roof, threw all the concrete debris into the top floor attic room, through roof opening to save money on a second tip! Only found out after roof had been replaced.
14th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lucy Ballard at Becker and Co. Without a doubt the best agent i have come across. Lucy showed us a number of properties today and her excellent advise, professionalism and expertise helped us secure a lovely new apartment. I would highly recommend Lucy and Becker and Co to anyone looking for an apartment to rent. We cant wait to move in later this month!
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early.
However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered.
After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time.
To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully.
I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
24th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Great estate agents
Would give 6 stars if possible
Thanks to Saul and the team
5th Dec 2025 (11 mo. ago)Felt very comfortable with both Tony and Neil, was impressed by their knowledge of the market and their straightforward style
16th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Superb agents from start to finish. We bought through Wex and Co and Mike was so helpful. So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties .
Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place.
Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.
9th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Agent did not sell the property as the market has currently slowed down.
20th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply,
They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
20th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I would highly recommend VEL Estate Agents! My experience with the team has been genuinely positive, and I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness and support throughout my tenancy.
Moving home can be a stressful experience, but the team at VEL made the process much easier. They were approachable, understanding and helpful, particularly during the final stages of my tenancy and the check-out process.
What I appreciated most was being treated with kindness and respect. It is reassuring to deal with an agency that values its tenants and takes pride in providing a good service.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at VEL for your assistance and support. I will always appreciate the positive experience and would happily recommend your services to others. Wishing the entire team continued success!
12th Sep 2020 (6 years ago)Sai has been extremely helpful in marketing my properties in a very difficult time - the middle of the COVID pandemic. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission.
When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!!
They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates.
They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband!
Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds!
They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

21st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Laurence Leigh Residential was highly recommended by a friend that has used this agency for several home sales and purchases. Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.
2nd Nov 2022 (4 years ago)Not trustworthy and disgusting service. Not recommend, service is poor and staff are very rude
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Hopcroft Property Experts. The team were incredibly attentive, responsible and professional throughout the whole sale/purchase process. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, everything was wrapped up in under two months, and I was able to move in exactly within my desired timescale. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not only did we sell through Spenser residential but we bought through them too!
Selling:: Jamie went above and beyond regarding viewings, times that suited both the buyers and us, He really took his time getting the right photos and researching our area, he was informative, honest and was always reachable directly when you needed him as opposed to getting passed from pillar to post with an agent!
He kept us informed the whole way through our sale (and it was a long one) he remained positive, patient and invested , he even kept on top of the legal side to help us get our sale over the line!
Buying:: After our onward property falling through very close to exchange via another agent we had a chain of buyers and no house to go to…..we were at the point of giving up when Jamie and Brooke went out and leaflet dropped at a number of houses we liked in area in the hope they could repair the chain for us all , and that they did!! ??????
We found our dream home from a very lovely family Brooke put us in touch with , and the last bit ran ever so smoothly, thanks to the updates and communication from Spensers!
I can’t thank them enough,
And I can’t recommend them highly enough either!
They really do care! X
Lots of happy families in their new homes this week thanks to these guys ????????????
Many thanks, Danni xx
