2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Robertsons and I genuinely can’t thank them or recommend them highly enough.<br><br>It was a pretty rough ride with plenty of complications along the way, but the whole team worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to help get the sale over the line. They were honest, hardworking, helpful and always willing to do whatever they could to keep things moving.<br><br>I dealt with several members of the team throughout the process and every single person was friendly, professional and helpful. It really felt like everyone was pulling together to get the job done.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team at Robertsons — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Josh was exceptional. My father's house had been on the market with another agent for a number of months with almost zero viewings. We decided to move to Josh at F&C and he created a real buzz about the house sale and marketed it in its best light. As a result he generated a large number of viewings and shortly after an offer which we accepted. We had a long chain with a number of complications along the way, but Josh proactively chased and worked with the other agents in the chain to get it over the line. I'd highly recommend Josh & F&C.

She kept us well informed, responded promptly to our questions, and took the time to explain the process clearly whenever we needed clarification. We particularly appreciated how accommodating and attentive she was when dealing with our application and the supporting information we provided.<br><br>Julie was equally helpful and professional. Her communication was clear, thoughtful and reassuring, and she took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and make sure we understood the next steps in the process.<br><br>Finding and applying for a new home can be a stressful experience, but Mandy and Julie made the whole process feel organised, straightforward and personal. We always felt that our questions were taken seriously and that we were being kept properly informed rather than simply being treated as another application.<br><br>We are very grateful to both of them for their time, patience and excellent communication. We would not hesitate to recommend Lowther Estate Agents to anyone.<br>We have had to work with 4 estate agents over the last 2 years for various reasons and Lowthers were by far the best. Richard was our agent and point of contact right throughout the process, for both our purchase and our sale. He was exceptional - and everything we wanted from our agent. He was available, accessible, down to earth, accommodating with requests, never pushy - and he supplied regular communications and updates. He understood that the move was a major life event for us and he managed the whole process calmly and professionally, chasing where necessary and advising as required. Queries were answered very promptly, every time, via phone call or WhatsApp.<br>Our experience was that as a small family run business, Lowther Estate Agents were far better equipped than the bigger chains to give us the time and personal service we wanted, with Richard and Toni-Ann working together to manage the whole process. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.<br><br>We had thought that all estate agents were pretty much the same. They are not!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
