Always easy to contact, approachable, and happy to answer any questions I had. They communicated clearly and kept everything running smoothly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. They were professional at all times, while still being friendly and personable, which I really appreciated. During our search we came across various estate agents but known compared to the service Tim and Williams Properties provided us. Tim spent time getting to know us and finding out what we were really looking for; he really made the experience personal and enjoyable and it was lovely to get to know him a little. I highly recommend Williams Properties, we shall definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much Tim!

26th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)We sold our property through Andy and Kristina at Michael Anthony in Aylesbury and had a great experience with them. Communication was excellent and there was always someone in the office available if we needed to call and talk things through. They found a buyer quickly and were great at chasing things along when needed. We did have some delays due to land registration issues but Andy and Kristina were both wonderful throughout and kept us updated. We would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area!

Following a friendly viewing with Innes, everyone hopped on board to help me with the many queries I had to secure the apartment - a huge thank you to Mandy, Jo, Annette, Charlene and the rest of the team for making what could have been very stressful into a pretty straight forward and pleasant experience. My in-laws are very happy in their new home and happy to be renting through Hadlands.

3rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh
17th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.
21st Mar 2026 (28 days ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He couldn’t have been more supportive, always offering thoughtful advice and helpful suggestions on how best to move things forward. His professionalism and dedication really stood out throughout the entire process. Once a buyer was found, we were introduced to Rachel—and she was an absolute star. She went above and beyond, tirelessly coordinating with the buyer, their solicitors, and ours, all while keeping us updated every single day without fail. We never once had to chase her, as she was always a few steps ahead, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Thanks to both Adam and Rachel, the journey from sale to completion was incredibly quick and seamless. We’re so grateful for all their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through selling our property!

Now that we have accepted an offer they have acted swiftly to get things moving, and we are very happy with the way things are progressing.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. This week Tash really excelled herself, with a tenancy change and a gap of only a week, between outgoing and incoming tenants and some maintenance issues identified on through the checkout report, Tash swiftly acted on resolving them, by efficiently communicating between me, the landlord, the maintenance service provider and the new incoming tenant. Decisions reached Tash arranged for the works to be completed tomorrow (9th Jan) ready for the new tenants moving in early next week. Great execution Tash and win win for all - happy days, for all concerned!
31st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Brown&Merry Aylesbury recently handled the sale of my house. It’s fair to say that things were rather protracted, with the first prospective buyer coming back twice to ask for a price reduction. However Brown&Merry handled the situation very well. We agreed to put the house back on the market and it was sold in three months from start to finish. I found all of the staff very helpful, and proactive. They often contacted me to suggest how we might progress the sale, and were very helpful in finding contractors when needed to progress the sale. Overall I consider their service and expertise first class, and would recommend them as excellent agents.
