They completed the sale of our property which was a little complicated, communicating brilliantly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble as we weren’t in the local area during the sale process. Their knowledge of the local area plus experience of the market is excellent we would highly recommend.

My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox

Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

From the initial viewing, through to the offer and enquiries, Karen and the team worked tirelessly to keep our solicitors in constant contact and was incredibly responsive, often replying to queries and emails within minutes. Moving home is always stressful, and our case was no exception, but throughout we felt like Karen was 100% on top of things and genuinely cared about the outcome and our ambitions. Not to mention the virtual tours available on the property listing which has made planning the details of our next move easier than ever! Thank you so much Karen, George and team. 30th Oct 2023 (25 weeks ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.
