Jamie was great during the negotiation phase, and extremely helpful and remained available until the very end. Leanne kept the progress going very smoothly, and was also always available to explain and assist with things we did not understand. Finally, if you need a Mortgage broker i would highly recommend Nicki who works independently inside Woodbury Homes - Her expertise and connections saved our purchase!

12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

A special thanks to Georgina - she was exceptionally prompt with her communication, highly professional, and accommodated all our requests without any hassle. She made navigating the whole rental process stress free and seamless.

24th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.
29th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)We have been very happy with Filtons. They were the property manager for a flat we rented in London. The communication throughout our stay was excellent and timely. Any issues we had were addressed quickly (service technicians, etc were sent to attend in a very timely manner). This was much appreciated as we came from a place where it took ages to get responses or issues resolved. They wouldn’t assume the issue was always resolved, but followed up through email or phone call to make sure the issue was resolved.<br><br>The deposit was returned quickly without hassle and I felt any deductions were very reasonable (which isn’t usually the case).<br><br>If we rented again in London, I would be happy to have filtons be the leasing agent. As well as if we owned and were renting a flat out I would be happy to have them handle the management for us.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

18th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing.
