He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

From start to finish they were friendly, professional, responsive and incredibly supportive.<br><br>They kept me updated throughout, chased things when needed and were always there with reassurance during the more stressful moments. I genuinely felt they cared about getting my sale successfully over the line.<br><br>A fantastic, personal service from two lovely people. Thank you both!

16th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.
10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
