Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

3rd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)Profit oriented only! They don’t care about any damage that can caused to people life’s. The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

I worked closely with Darrel, who managed my sale with professionalism and care. His communication was exceptional, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to assist. He made what is typically a stressful process far more manageable. I would highly recommend Martin Flashman and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!

Richard was immensely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. He and Matthew consistently provided professional yet friendly advice, keeping everything moving smoothly throughout the process. Richard’s calm and intelligent approach made what could have been a stressful journey feel remarkably straightforward. He is a great facilitator, always composed, constructive, and ready to help. Both he and Matthew clearly know the local area well and were able to recommend reliable local trades when we needed them. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the agency and would highly recommend them.

Having the appointments app was great for informing us when people were booked in for viewings. The whatsapp group with Davies was also great for quick responses. Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)We recently bought a flat and also sold a house for our parents, both through Slater Hogg and Howison, Bishopbriggs. The staff there were all incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, always updating with a friendly phone call followed by emails. We have dealt with several Estate Agents in the past, but the staff here definitely go above and beyond. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

The whole team were professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — I was kept informed every step of the way and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring they were, especially during the more stressful parts. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always took the time to make sure I understood everything. They handled everything efficiently and made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. It’s clear they really care about their clients and take pride in what they do. 22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
