Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Suits don't indicate professionalism.<br><br>Previous review.<br><br>They are professional and well mannered, however, please be vary if you are the buyer and not the seller. MF & Co inflate prices like no other estate agency and they will sell you a lemon with full knowledge of what they are doing.<br><br>Looking for a morally sound estate agency is near impossible, but MF & Co is easily the worst I've encountered so far.

Amelia, Louis, Ashleigh, and the rest of the team are always on the ball, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. Their excellent service and professionalism are truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

He was informative and highly knowledgable of the local area. He took time and a lot of effort to make the whole process smooth and kept us informed at every step of the way. Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

She and her team were committed, dynamic and enthusiastic and made us feel they really cared about their work and their clients. Highly recommend

Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! 17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)From our very 1st meeting with Nicole and Sally, we felt confident we had made the right choice of Estate Agent to sell our house. We got the sense that Mint sell every house as if they are selling their own, going the extra mile to promote the selling points of not only our house but also the local area. This resulted in a swift sale at a price higher than other estate agents thought possible.<br><br>Communication is a really strong point with Mint and they gave thorough feedback on viewings and the WhatsApp group helped keep us up to date with everything throughout the whole process.<br><br>We encountered some issues with the chain but nothing was too much trouble for Mint to help with and I genuinely believe if we had chosen any other Estate agent, there would have been a real risk of the chain falling apart. But thanks to their hard work, dedication and exceptional communication, we completed on our sale and purchase with Mint.<br><br>We can't thank Nicole, Sally and Sarah enough for everything they did and will recommend Mint to anyone as THE estate agent to choose whether selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again!
