Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed every step of the way and always being quick to help with any questions. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made the process feel far less stressful than we expected. We’re so grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend them.

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. The team (Lauren, Fran & Natasha) were professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. Their advice on pricing and marketing was excellent, resulting in strong interest and a successful sale. Communication was clear and consistent, and we were kept informed at every stage. Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. What impressed us most was their commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. They demonstrated excellent negotiation skills, provided honest guidance, and worked hard to keep the transaction progressing smoothly through to completion. We would highly recommend Cubbitt & West to anyone looking to sell their property. 4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot thank Jack and Cédric from White and Sons Leatherhead for all their hard work when selling our leasehold flat. They found us a buyer twice after our first one pulled out at the last minute and they then went above and beyond to get us to completion after a couple of hiccups with a tricky lease. Jack especially was always super understanding, kind and professional even in the most frustrating circumstances and I'm so glad I chose them to sell my flat! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell in the area.
