Kieran looked after us well, even met us at the property with the keys and when he was away in the initial stages, Leon stepped in capably and helped us get our offer to the seller quickly. They did a good job and are highly recommended.

19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)After an unsuccessful year with another agent Jackie stepped in and devoted significant energy and time to refocus the sale. It sold in about 6 weeks! She and her team were committed, dynamic and enthusiastic and made us feel they really cared about their work and their clients. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

Fran, Natasha, Lauren and Carole have been nothing but professional, very good, clear communication and have expertly advertised my flat which is a tough sell. In fact, I bought the flat from them many years ago also. Additionally, they have also dealt with the rental management for nearly 10 years. They really are a friendly, upbeat bunch and would recommend them 100%!!!

He recently sold our Mother's house in Ashtead, which had a few hiccups along the way and took a long time to get over the finish line. Mark remained calm throughout and gave us good guidance, in what was for us an emotional and difficult time.
