She’s great with keeping up communication & updates. Friendly & reliable. Ellie is incredibly professional, proactive, and responsive to all our questions. From the very beginning he was helpful, professional, and always available whenever we needed an update or had questions. Moving house can be really stressful, especially with children involved, but he made the whole process feel much smoother and less overwhelming. He kept in touch throughout every stage, was easy to get hold of on the phone, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us secure the right rental property. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We’re really grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend both Reeco and Connells Oadby to anyone looking to rent a property.

We have been viewing houses for a few months and she was the best agent we have met by far. The house was not for us, but I hope we have the chance to meet her again as we continue our search. She is a credit to the team at David Robinson!

Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
