2nd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Sara and her team were brilliant, friendly and helpful right from the valuation. We got our house valued unsure as to if we were staying or moving until we knew the value. We told Sara this and she didn’t mind at all. Once on the market the team could not do enough to help. Offer received and then issues in the chain. Kerry was very patient with us and helped me stay sane. All the issues at the bottom of the chain (out of our hands!), we agreed everything that could go wrong, did ! Our completion date was put back 3 times; every step of the way the team were there to take my call, deal with my tears and give us the reassurance we needed. Nest really did earn their commission on our sale. Thank you seems so insignificant for all their help. I can strongly recommend this company.

19th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Property on the market for over 6 months only 4 viewings felt like they forget about selling our property. They didn't stay in contact with us and there only advice was to drop the asking price, we might have considered a lower price but they needed to generate interest through there marketing. We haven't sold our property yet and are considering our options.

Her communication was faultless throughout and she made mine and my partners journey of buying our first house feel so much smoother and easier. Georgina understood what we were after when originally viewing properties with Spencer’s and sent us listings based off what we mentioned to her… we in fact brought a house she had sent to us rather then ones we were seeing online! Georgina always went above and beyond for us and nothing was ever too much hassle, She is such an asset to Spencer’s and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy!
22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience whilst renting with Newton Fallowell Oadby. I reported numerous of repairs including mould issues in the property which were ignored. I reported a rat infestation within our outdoor communal area and was told to contact pest control myself. I was left without a working heater in the living room in a property that is extremely cold. Snotty/rude responses via email when I questioned why they were raising the rent considering said repairs had not been carried out. Also when vacating the property they withheld my deposit due to ‘repairs’ which most of which I had previously reported which has now left me with £75 out of a £495 deposit.
4th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Avoid renting with them. Immersion in the water tank broke down and Martin & Co send a technician that after couple of visits did not fix it. I warned Martin & Co that if the boiler were to break down (is an old one), I would have no hot water, but they disregard my email. 4 weeks after that the boiler broke down. I told them there is no hot water in the apartment but after a week they have done nothing and I am still with no hot water. When I meal them they reply with excuses saying they are tracking down the contractors to get an estimate or that they have contacted the landlord but got an out of office reply. Avoid Martin & Co at all cost, they don't care about you they just care about not upsetting the landlord. Check their reviews in Trustpilot for more accurate ones

Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.
