Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, with clear communication throughout. They made the whole process smooth and straightforward, and I really appreciated their helpful and efficient approach. Highly recommended!

And when it came to dealing with holdups/ issues in the chain - Nikki especially was fantastic! She is exactly who you need to get things moving!

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. From the first call to make an appointment to view the flat, to picking up the keys, all the staff at the branch were extremely responsive, helpful and reassuring. I was really impressed, and would recommend.

22nd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

15th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We sold a house through Shankland Barraclough. We found them helpful, straightforward and efficient even through difficult times. Even at the start, our valuation by them was much more realistic than other estate agents (one too low, one crazily high). When it came to selling and buying, we found ourselves in a chain of seven and it took seven months. Throughout that time they stayed in touch, giving us regular updates, despite a change of staff. I believe that Shankland Barraclough and our seller's estate agent prevented the chain from falling apart, as most of the other estate agents in the chain were very difficult to get hold of. They even gave our buyers information that they couldn't get from their own estate agent! Both Liz and Clare were exemplary and a pleasure to talk to. They were amazingly helpful, calm, persistent and excellent at chasing people up. Many, many thanks from us to the whole team - we couldn't have wished for a better service! It’s when it gets tough that you realise how good a company is and Shankland Barraclough proved their worth again and again!
