21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Honestly avoid this branch. We moved into our place a month ago with venerable and the management has been shocking. Even you log an urgent issue you just get completely ignored .The contractor they given endless excuses about being away or having accidents and don’t show up on the time he promise . They literally do not care about you at all once you sign the contract and move in. Zero communication and terrible customer service.

He showed me around the property, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions.<br>Robert was really helpful and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how he took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. Aidan gave expert and experienced advice on market pricing and advertising aimed at the most likely section of the target market. When it came toward the sharp end of offers and negotiations Aidan was calm, professional, polite and clear with his advice to us. We are convinced that we could not have sought out a better more committed agent who never once did not answer the telephone or respond promptly to an email. Top drawer service and very much appreciated. Very highly recommended.
