28th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve had a good experience with FSS, and specifically Ella Burnham, as we moved to Harrogate and got settled in the past month. Making a viewing appointment was easy and Ella was prompt. Doing the application was fairly straightforward using their online portal, and I appreciate that this is the single place to get info. And, when we came by the office to pick up keys, everything was extremely efficient.<br><br>I will update this review and rating should we have more experiences with FSS.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. 20th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received and highly recommend them for outstanding customer service. 25th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

He showed me around the property, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions.<br>Robert was really helpful and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how he took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. I’d definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a friendly and professional estate agent.

The whole team were excellent throughout and always gave us confidence that our property would sell. Their knowledge of the local market was clear from day one, and the marketing photos and floor plan looked brilliant. Communication was always prompt, and they kept us fully informed after every viewing. A special mention must go to Emma Ellis, who was incredibly informative, helpful and proactive throughout the process. I would give Emma 10/10 for her support and for helping to drive the sale through to completion. Excellent service from start to finish — we would highly recommend Hunters Estate Agents!
21st Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.
11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a first time buyer, the process with Manning Stainton in Horsforth was very smooth and stress free. The estate agents put me in contact with a very useful Mortgage advisor, who made that side of things extremely easy (especially for someone new to the process). The agent overseeing my purchase was Kyle, who kept me informed regularly throughout the process and who was extremely useful in answering questions etc throughout the whole thing. Thank you!
