They provided great advice, kept me well informed and delivered an excellent overall service. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend their services.
22nd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has.<br>He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money?<br>All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them.<br>They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress.<br>They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about.<br>They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!!<br>Steer well clear!!
21st Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Haart Stopsley were really good even though they were more expensive than other localling agents. My agent Brian at the branch was extremely helpful, making sure he always replied to any queries or questions promptly and efficiently.

When our first buyer pulled out unexpectedly close to exchange of contracts the Puterrills team went into action and pulled out all stops to remarket the property and within a week we had a serious offer from a keen buyer. Nothing is too much trouble for this team, who put us at ease even through stressful times. They more than earned their fee.<br>Putterills come highly recommended as far as I am concerned. A very professional service.
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)We are first time renters and had read lots of horror stories about renting. However, I have to say so far we have been lucky to find a great team in Northwood Luton. Keneisha has been a dream to liaise with in getting the tenancy set up initially. Inevitably there have been some relatively minor issues needing attention, and we have found Kaneisha & Natasha to be super efficient in responding to these. Thanks finally to Tia also, who never once sounded exasperated with our numerous calls!

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Following today's experience regarding the viewing of Acacia Mews, I wish to cancel tomorrow's rearranged viewing and request that no further correspondence be made to me regarding this property or any future properties through your agency.<br><br>My husband and I took time out of our day to attend a viewing that had been confirmed. We arrived on time, waited patiently despite the agent arriving late, and then waited further while issues with the burglar alarm were resolved. After all of this, we were informed that the owner was unwilling to allow the viewing to proceed because she claimed she had not been informed, despite the property already being open and the alarm having been switched off.<br><br>What was most disappointing was not simply that the viewing did not take place, but the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. At no point did we receive a sincere apology for the inconvenience or the considerable amount of our time that had been wasted. Instead, we were simply asked for our next availability, as though the experience had been acceptable.<br><br>Having travelled to the property, rearranged our day, and waited patiently throughout, I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It has unfortunately left me with little confidence in your agency's level of organisation and customer service.<br><br>I appreciate that unforeseen issues can occur. However, the way they are managed is what reflects the professionalism of an agency, and regrettably, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect.<br><br>*Please remove my details from your mailing list, and do not contact me regarding this or any other properties in the future*<br>Kind regards

Joshua was really well informed about the local area and had the perfect plan of action to find the right buyers, multiple offers and achieved over asking. The portal and updates for viewings worked well for us this was seamless. Jake was also great in giving us help when it came to navigating the offers and next steps. The team kept in touch throughout the progress of the sale and we felt like everything was kept on track. The team were all friendly and enthusiastic throughout which was much appreciated. Thank you!
