They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. He and his team kept us updated throughout the sale and were quick to answer questions.<br><br>This was especially valuable during some tricky moments (when information wasn't particularly forthcoming from other parties in the chain), without that, sales can ultimately fall apart.<br>Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and Ed made the process as smooth as possible.<br><br>I'd happily recommend him and Knight Frank Sevenoaks to others.

Deborah’s approach was insightful, honest and professional and she clearly understands the Tunbridge Wells market. All of the viewings team were friendly and professional and gave prompt feedback.<br><br>We would highly recommend the services of Maddisons to anyone selling in the Tunbridge Wells area.

Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

Everytime we have an issue or any concern that we raise Harry would do anything that he could to give us a quick answer and we're very happy as tenants with his overall performance. 12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!
5th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

It was always going to be a more complex case with the third party involvement but he has kept us up to speed at every stage and followed up when necessary without us even having to ask him to do so. Steve was one step ahead at all times and we couldn't be more grateful!
7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

Fiona listened to my situation, dedicated herself to helping me solve my problem, and together we got a rental sorted - from viewing to signed agreement - in less than a week. She could not have been more helpful.

However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. Their approach was to push for the modern auction or a deep discount, and in the end it was the discount that got the sale.

Throughout the process they were always available to answer questions and clarify complex local town and procedural matters. Responses were always rapid and clear. We would most definitely appoint Wards (specifically Be and Sam) should we ever sell or buy a property in Kings Hill in the future.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x
