They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. 9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Isabelle, at Jackson-Stops Sevenoaks was recommended to me by a friend. Isabelle and her team did not disappoint, they were professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, communicated regularly and were on top of the sale process from start to finish.
5th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Steve always responded quickly and kept us up to date as promised with our sale, viewings and the properties we were interested in. We cannot say thank you enough for making our sale stress free.
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. They’re a lovely, genuine team who offer a personal and thoughtful approach, you can tell they work well together and genuinely care about the people they look after.<br><br>Karina, Kelly and Debbie have all been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. Our problems are always resolved.<br><br>I’ve really enjoyed being a tenant with Bluebell Estates and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, approachable and caring estate agency. We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.
