Julie has been amazing, she was very welcoming with us and the children on our viewing answered any questions we had. Julie made it her mission to get us in for a certain date and followed through. Any minor issues we’ve had and that’s not many Julie has replied very quickly with a solution and has always offered further help if needed. Thank you xxx

2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our property was with G&C for 17 months in total and sold at the third attempt. Online marketing of the property was excellent, although the initial valuation was over priced and set unrealistic expectations. Hollie, Kirstie & Lyndsey went above and beyond to get the sale, accomodating buyer requests for multiple visits etc. However, I think high staff turnover did not help the sale and at times we would have benefitted from a dedicated Expediter in branch.
13th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

Even though it took a while to get a buyer, we had lots through the door once we dropped the price and your regular feedback about buyers’ impressions made us feel that you were there for us.

Quick to respond and have chased when needed- 2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)The survey provided was efficient, helpful and friendly. The report was received promptly and all queries answered quickly and simply, including plenty of photos of the flat roof. It was good to find a surveyor who could survey a flat roof at a very competitive price.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.

Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.
