30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Sevenoaks and Blackheath) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

From the initial meeting with Micheal we felt assured that we were being marketed at a fair value and to the right market segment. The support from Alison, Emma and Karen has been consistently professional and friendly throughout and their ongoing advice and guidance made the process reasonably straightforward. The photography and marketing materials are very professional and honest in every detail
26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

From sale agreed, at our asking price, to completion in just eight weeks is no small feat, and as a former estate agent myself, I know just how rare that is. It speaks volumes about the professionalism and efficiency of Meghan and the team. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They were consistently proactive, responsive, and genuinely on top of every detail, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. It’s clear that they take real pride in what they do, and its always delivered with such a positive and cheerful attitude If you are hesitating about instructing Freeman and Forman DON'T!!! An outstanding service from start to finish.

This would not have been so easy and tomdo,without the help of Maria Meddings. She was helpful, friendly and kind at such a worrying time. Her professionalism was reassuring to me, it gave me every confidence during such a stressful period. The fact that I live in Australia made things a little stressful time wise, but nothing was too much trouble for Maria.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They kept a cool head when I was losing mine, and steered the process towards a successful conclusion. I've used them before and would definitely use them again.
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have used Maison team to sell our 5 bed house and they have been fantastic! They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x
18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Had my property up for sale with them for nearly a year and only a couple of offers, one of which was accepted and fell through. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

So glad we choose Freeman and Gray to sell our house, the house was put on the market very quickly and efficiently as we had already found a property we wanted to buy. Photos taken placed online, Brillant images taken and videos. The house was sold within a few weeks, and the progress started getting further along quickly, not only did they do this , the excellent care and service we have received from the team especially Jason he is a absolute star ! He answered every question, phone calls , messages, and help and advice was shared from his amazing knowledge. He went way and beyond his role, He helped me and my buyer when we had issues , resolved everything is a efficient time frame, and reassured us and keep us positive along the way ! As we had a few ups and downs throughout the process, like most people as this not unusual. But he had answers and solutions to everything Jason was always reassuring,positive and always there no matter what the issue may of been. He made it all alot easier took the stressful part away , it can all very become overwhelming but he made sure the process run as smoothly as possible.

They were professional, approachable, and had excellent knowledge of the property, which made the viewing very informative. They were always happy to go back to the seller with any questions we had and kept us well updated throughout. We especially appreciated how quickly they followed up after the viewing, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. Overall, a very helpful and reliable sales negotiator – we would definitely recommend them.
