30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Cheryl and her team have managed the letting of my property for the last 18 years with great skill and professionalism, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. As a local independent company, they offer a trustworthy, personal and friendly approach that has meant a lot to me. Tenants have been assessed carefully and any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly. It has been very reassuring to me to know that my property and tenants have been in good hands. Thank you!
24th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)The market is difficult so the agent did their best in these conditions
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me. No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market. Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.
26th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Good experience the young lady who I spoke to customer service was excellent and very polite
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Bad valuation no clear feedback. Did not succeed in bringing in many viewers
24th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Disappointing experience with this estate agent. I called to ask about a property, they accused me of being an estate agent! No I just know what I’m looking for… and then never called back.
10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.
11th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs
6th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. I left a £300 holding deposit, but they refused to offer the 3-month tenancy I clearly asked for from the beginning. Instead, they tried to force a 12-month contract, which I never agreed to. When the tenancy could not proceed because they refused my request, they also refused to refund my holding deposit. This is not professional and goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Communication was poor, and they did not provide clear information from the start. I do not recommend this agency.
7th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Links Homes are an appalling estate agency - unable to pick up or return calls or emails, and kick up a fuss anytime you need them to sort something! The worst estate agency I have ever come across!
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’ve now completed our second commercial property purchase through Nick and Sam and once again the service has been excellent.

This was a £1.3m+ purchase and there were additional complications due to the property being held within a pension fund. Nick and Sam handled everything extremely well, kept all parties happy and made sure the transaction continued moving forward smoothly throughout.

They were always easy to contact, including outside normal working hours and were consistently helpful, responsive and proactive.

This is now the second property we have purchased through them and they have found us two really strong opportunities. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced commercial estate agent.

5-star service from start to finish.
2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
5th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I have recently dealt with Andrew at Checkmates and I have to say its been a wonderful experience - Very Knowledgeable and a great service received all round. Not pushy and more importantly listened to what me and my family wanted. Thank you for making what can be a stressful time very smooth and stress free

7th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)This was he worst experience I have ever had in 10 years of rental property's. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.
4th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Tatlers were a good agency. I enjoyed my experience with the team and I felt that I’d made a good choice.
20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Not a good company to work with. The reviews given on this site are not from the UK office and so do not represent the experience that you will receive.
9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Chloe has been exceptionally communicative, and has removed the stress from a quite stressful last-minute move. I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
22nd Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Castles provided a very professional service and generated good interest in our property, and negotiated well on our behalf. The communication was always fast and transparent, helping us to make the right decisions in order to sell our property.
29th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Very negative experience. Never give them a deposit as they will take this and wont give you the place and will keep your deposit.
17th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very good

15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)David has provided us with excellent support through the purchasing process! From reaching out proactively to show us the property until handing over the keys (and a wonderful welcome gift box), David was present, always responsive and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our new house - many thanks David ??????- This agent doesn't have any reviews
