After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

There were a number of obstacles and frustrations throughout the sale, but they were all promtly resolved and amicably dealt with. The regular communication and updates throughout the sale were appreciated. Our personal thanks go to Gillian, Megan and Hazel. They are a superb team.

Not being from the area, they were able to suggest an excellent solicitor to oversee my house purchase. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. My partner and I couldn't have wished for more.

After the viewing, at 5 minutes to 5 I said good-bye to the agent and asked, just as a way of conversation, if she had to drive far in the 5 o'clock rush hour traffic. She responded that she was not driving anywhere because she had another viewing after mine. Sure enough, a car arrived at the property at this point, with the next viewers, so somehow it _was_ possible to do viewings after 5. I do not appreciate being lied to, so I will avoid Jan Forster in the future.

A big shout out to Lisa who went the extra mile on many occasions and kept me updated on progress of the sale. I highly recommend Suzanne Graham and can't thank them enough for their professionalism and customer service.

From start to finish Karen and Andrew showed professionalism, expert local knowledge, flexibility, and were worth every penny. I’ve dealt with other local estate agents and they blow them out the water. I was able to trust Karen with being able to work on my best interest, and her advice from listing at the right price to get a quick sale, to her patience and ability to chase and help push to completion at the end was incredibly valuable. Would highly recommend over any other agent in the area.
