Reasons for it is he generally listens to exactly what’s you’re looking for, what’s in budget and will give you more than one option. Darryl was brilliant and if I could I’d be awarding him more than 5*. He won’t let you down!

She communicated clearly, took time to explain the details and answered our questions with patience and care. Although our circumstances meant we couldn’t proceed, we greatly appreciated her help throughout. We would happily recommend Beny to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive estate agent.

16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I had three unaccompanied viewings and sold my property through SQ. The company did good photography and marketed the property and that's where their helpfulness stopped. The lack of communication through the whole sale process was diabolical. They withheld information and made a stressful process ten times worse. Would not sell through them again.
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I honestly can’t thank Ellie Southern and the team at Simpson & Weekley Rushden enough for all their help with my move.<br><br>Moving house is stressful at the best of times, but I had a particularly long and complicated chain, and Ellie was my main point of contact throughout. She kept everything moving from start to finish and was always there when I needed an update or reassurance.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellie and Simpson & Weekley Rushden to anyone moving home.

Someone was always ready to help on the phone and they helped smooth things over when solicitors were taking longer than expected. Very clear communication throughout. We were happy with our listing, and very pleased to have moved and be in our new home! Would definitely recommend and use again.

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)We've not yet exchanged but, to date, Matthew Nicholas has been exemplary in terms of communication and support. We find them to be trustworthy and driven by good values, as well as the sale itself. I will review again at the end of the process.

From the day we viewed the property, to putting the offer in and the process in between, I cannot complain. Ben was really helpful from the start, engaging with the necessary to people to ensure all our queries were answered and we were comfortable to proceeed. James and Chris have kept us informed throughout and checked in to make sure everything progressed well. They have remained professional and helpful throughout. I highly reccomend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary
