10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've recently been looking at houses to buy with various agents.<br>Your move were always the quickest to get back to me, to arrange viewings. Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. 25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I have a very bad experience with this agency. I was supposed to be moved in on 20th Aug, and they called me in the morning to tell me that the toilet and shower weren’t working, while i confirmed the flat more than 2 weeks ago, and the worst part is Becky’s behaviour, she was so rude and said it wasnt her responsibility to look after these things, i was surprised then how was she renting out the flats without checking, she said they just check one day ago, she literally said it wasnt her fault that the flat got faulty toilet and shower room, she said it wasnt her responsibility. She sounded so irresponsible, insensitive and arrogant lady, i emailed her twice about the update she even stopped replying me. Top of that, when next day i entered the flat which was 21st aug while i was supposed to be in on 20th, i found the flat very dirty, the floor was filled with bits and the toilet looked nasty , wasnt clean at all. I wonder how she is doing this, totally irresponsible, unprofessional, arrogant and insensitive person i ever saw in marketing field. I wont recommend this agency to anyone. There are far more better people than her and this agency. Also, they didnt have any packet to put the agreement papers in, they just handed me over loose sheets, on asking about the packet or envelope they said they dont have it. That was ridiculous , and the person who was handing me over the keys didnt know what those keys are for. Oh God….
24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks!<br>Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>We would definitely recommend and would work with Sharman Quinney again in the future.<br><br>Lauren, thank you so much!

14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’d written a review 5 days ago but it hasn’t been published ! So I’ll try again ! This is a short review regarding Michael Campbell of Northwood Newport Pagnell ( Milton Keynes ) ! I am theLandlord of an apartment in the Tesco development of Newton Rd , Bletchley ! Two weeks ago I received an email notification from Landswood , the block management company stating that a leak was reported to the apartment directly below mine and would I deal with it ! My own tenant saw and dealt with the leak immediately it occurred and as he is in the building construction trade,fixed the slow leak from the washing machine pipe ! The leak stopped !The tenants below were away for 3 days and therefore did not report the leak until they got back and by which time it had already been rectified by my tenant ! Had the leak been reported immediately there probably would not have been any observable wetness ! But we ( tenant, myself and Northwood acted immediately) and averted a bugger issue ! Michael assisted me by constructing a succinct email referring to the details and Reminding Landswood that I pay them a substantial amount in my monthly Service charge to cover such eventualities and the circumstances of the leak bearing in mind that we acted quickly , would be covered by the Insurers ! I am most impressed by Michael’s expertise and professionalism in the manner with which he dealt with the situation and in the support and care shown towards me as a Northwood customer and landlord of one the properties which they rent and manage ! I would recommend Northwood MK to any landlord that wants peace of mind when renting a property and one that maybe distantly located from their own home ! Thank you Mr Campbell and to Northwood for employing excellent professionals ! Peter

The professional photographs highlighted the features of the house and soon had people through the door. He sold our property after only 5 days on the market and managed to achieve over asking price. I will definitely use Benjamin if selling in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I found everyone at O'Riordan Bond in Rushden to be incredibly proactive throughout the sale of my house.<br><br>They weren't the closest estate agent to me, but they were absolutely the right choice. They gave honest advice on pricing, and we agreed on a realistic figure designed to sell – which it did. Twice! Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully.<br><br>Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help. They really do hold your hand through the process.<br><br>This may not be the last time I buy or sell a property, and when that day comes, I would have no hesitation in using O'Riordan Bond again.<br><br>Thank you to everyone in the Rushden office for all your help – I really appreciate everything you did.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
