16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

From the first booking through the entire process he was an incredible partner - answering questions, proactive with updates and follow-ups, extremely knowledgable and just an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Ben!
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful experience. I have never dealt with an estate agent that behaved so unprofessionally and dishonestly. After my offer was accepted and I proceeded in good faith, I later discovered that the estate agent was actively trying to secure a higher offer instead. It felt as though they had no respect whatsoever for transparency, fairness, or basic professional ethics. Throughout the process I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and I was left with the clear impression that their priority was not to act honestly but simply to extract as much money as possible from the situation. The entire experience left me feeling deceived and manipulated. What should have been an exciting property purchase became a stressful and frustrating ordeal because of the conduct of this agency. Trust is essential when dealing with property transactions, and unfortunately I found their actions completely undermined that trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a fair and honest service.
25th May 2026 (25 days ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.
