23rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Be careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.

Communication was excellent throughout, they always kept us updated and were happy to answer any questions. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. Leigh and Helen gave a balanced and thorough appraisal of the property when suggesting the sale price. From the moment we gave our instructions, Helen and the team were totally brilliant, always keeping us updated, and always responding very promptly to any emails or phone calls. Selling a home can be a very fraught experience, but I felt that we were thoroughly supported throughout. Many thanks to Helen especially, but also to all of the team.

They have helped relieve the stress that comes with moving no end. The promptness with replying to either email or phone is second to none. From start to finish, they did everything possible to make the sale of my house as straightforward and stress-free as it could be. They took care of all the hard work, kept me informed throughout the process, and were always on hand to answer any questions.<br><br>Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I genuinely felt they had my best interests at heart every step of the way. On top of that, their fees were very reasonable and represented excellent value.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.
