We needed a floor plan and accompanying letter to support a family member's visa application. We struggled to find someone to help us with such short notice but Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had all the documentation and floor plan well before our deadline. 9th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

Thankfully, Oxfordshire Estates helped greatly in my search for accommodation. They arranged viewings promptly, and after finding a flat I liked, completed all paperwork with great efficiency. They were friendly and professional throughout, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I would definitely recommend them ????
