13th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Nesbits have been exceptional throughout the buying process. Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!
3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

Once our property was on the market we were kept updated on a regular basis by Dan. I can't fault the service we received from Beales and would definitely recommend them.
3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

16th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. 23rd Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)AJM were the agents for the seller of the house we recently bought, the experience was chalk and cheese from most of the other agents I encountered. Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.

17th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)James West, a Graduate, Commercial, Agency, Surveyor was the person we chose from the above Agency we chose from a list of commercial estate agents in Gosport, Fareham and Portsmouth. And are we delighted we did. Even James” collegue, Tom Holloway carried on with the clients while James was absent on annual holiday,m ttaking the buyers and their professional assistants for a viewing when some were not quite convinced about the previous viewing and this added attention to detail ended in them not being just keen, but achieving a completion dste with the Seller, an unbelieviably speedy result. And our lawyer too had presented all the last minute payments and had the final result of the stage ready to be paid straight into the bank. To let us know how successful the sale was, James has let us know that the Completion date was a merely 4 to 5 weeks and even more it was completed with over £15,000,00 over market value which in this market is very rare. This kind of summing up is exppressed in our use of the term ‘delighted’ and for which we reserve our grateful thanks to James for his lively approach to problem solving and endless constructive thinking which keeps the interest going towards completion. I am sure the village of |Alverstoke will welcome the new American and Engliish companies which includes a delicatessen and also apparently technical photographic equipment.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
