I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

Although there were several delays caused by third parties, the team were absolutely fantastic at keeping everything moving, chasing solicitors, and keeping me updated every step of the way.<br><br>A particular thank you to John, who was always on hand with regular updates, reassurance, and a much-needed morale boost whenever needed! His communication and positivity made a huge difference!<br><br>A huge, huge thank you to Leah, who has been the best mortgage consultant anyone could hope for! From the beginning she has been knowledgeable, patient and approachable, always taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable!<br><br>I highly recommend Leah and the whole team at Fox & Sons Waterlooville to anyone buying a home. Their genuine care made all the difference, and I'm so grateful for everything they did to help me get the keys to my new home!

Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!
3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

16th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
