All the agents are lovely, profetional and do a great job in showing the house by covering all details and benefits. Great folks and would recommend to anyone selling their home.

In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. The whole team were always available to answer questions or deal with chain issues in a quick and positive manner. Carol, in particular, was a major driving force in liaising with solicitors and the rest of the chain to get the whole chain to completion. I would thoroughly recommend them, whether buying or selling.

4th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)We bought & sold our last house with Halletts 32 years ago so dealing with them again on our present home made us feel very comfortable. They are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had viewings very quickly when the house was put on the market and these were all professionally handled by either Graham or his son. We were kept informed after every viewing and once a buyer was found, Graham could always be relied upon to speak to the other agents when there were holdups of any kind. The team are very approachable and we would highly recommend this well established Estate Agents 10/10!!
24th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our first experience of using Strutt & Parker was in 2022. We had used an different agent to try sell our house for the 4 months prior but they were unsuccessful. Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required.
