23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Brooke Shepherd was absolutely lovely, patient and professional, and we really appreciated her kindness in waiting an hour for us when we were running late. She made us feel welcome throughout the viewing, never rushed us, and made our first visit to Padworth a truly positive experience.

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Booked me in for a 12 midday house ealuation, sent multiple confirmations and reminders and then did not show. Tried to call the office multiple times, but no one answered. Received a call back 4 hours later with a half hearted apology 'as the man doing the valuation was in London today'... Very frustrating as had booked off of work, would not use again.
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Our agent Victoria has worked hard to originally sell our house very quickly in the first instance, dealt with a very difficult chain and when we decided to remarket had offers within a few days. Communication has been excellent throughout. We were also buying through Savills and very happy to have secured our first choice of property.

5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We found ourselves selling our cherished family home in a very tricky and unpredictable market. However Alex Barton at Strutt and Parker Newbury exceeded our expectations with his calm, extremely professional and level headed approach. Alex’s knowledge of the market and the local area is second to non, and he was always on the other end of the phone be it for reassurance or updates on viewings etc. I really felt as though our hand was held throughout the process and nothing was ever a problem and always delivered with a smile! The marketing of our home was exceptional both from Newbury as well as Head Office. It really was a pleasure selling our home through S&P and I would highly recommend Alex to anybody needing to sell their own most cherished treasure. Thank you S&P!
14th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Excellent service from start to finish — they marketed our house effectively and secured a sale within 1 month.
12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)The Downer and Co team are the best we’ve dealt with. We purchased a house and sold a house through them on 2 separate occasions and our experience couldn’t have been better. Richard is one hell of a salesman, the receptionists are always on the ball whenever we phoned in and Fraser is an absolute saint. His work progressing the sale and purchase was constant; chasing solicitors, chasing buyers and always offering advice when needed. Would recommend massively.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We purchased a house recently through Singletons in Pangbourne. Paul Marshall handled the sale. He really was 1st class - a true professional. He worked across buyer and seller to get the deal done. After the price was agreed, Paul and the Singletons team remained engaged throughout the transaction helping resolve obstacles and keep the sale on track. Result was completion within 6 weeks. I can't recommend Singletons Pangbourne highly enough.
