After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

His approach to the viewing was very positive and allowed me time to take in everything of the property. He is a great representative of Chancellor's.

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I highly recommend Property explorer if you are thinking of selling your house<br>From the first meeting we felt like they understood we were selling our family home and the emotional attachment that goes alongside the decision.<br>They answered all our questions thoroughly and were always on the end of the phone to keep us involved in the whole process.<br>I would certainly use them again.

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Couldn’t recommend Parker’s more. I used them to sell my property and they were top draw from start to finish. They say moving house is stressful but after a year long transaction I wasn’t expecting it to be that stressful! Massive shout out to Emma who at times genuinely stopped me from walking away! She was great at not only progressing my sale but helping me with my own purchase with a different estate agent which was above and beyond the expectation of her!<br><br>Also want to call out Charlie and his team who were great at handling potential buyers. They kept me informed on viewings but also did a great job keeping my buyer in check during the earlier stages of the transaction as well! Overall it felt like a real partnership throughout and I appreciated the support provided from all members of the team!<br><br>With the amount of time and effort spent on this I genuinely don’t think they made money from the transaction and the service provided never wavered.<br><br>Thanks again all can safely say wouldn’t have moved without you!

28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I was surprised reading the positive reviews here. Perhaps we were unlucky. Buying a house through Farmer & Dyer was, at best, very disappointing. Our offer was accepted and things seemed to be moving. Then the seller pulled out of the new build they were buying, because they weren't happy with it once it was finished. We only found this out after chasing Farmer & Dyer ourselves, and getting hold of them was hard work in itself. What followed was a run of messages that never quite added up. First, the sellers would find temporary accommodation so we could exchange on a date they suggested. Then they couldn't book movers, so a new date was proposed. Then they had found another property that was moving quickly and exchange was imminent, though no date could be confirmed. Each of these updates came only after days or weeks of silence, and only because we chased. Our own agents at Romans, who were selling our property, rang round everyone in the chain and found the real position. Exchange was nowhere near, because there were another two properties further up. Worse, those parties had no idea a chain existed below them. Farmer & Dyer had never told them we were there. Whether the chaos came from the sellers or from Farmer & Dyer, I can't say. Either way, what we were told didn't match reality and nobody at Farmer & Dyer put us right. We completed in the end, and that was down to the lady at Romans, who kept chasing everyone and held the chain together long after anyone's confidence in the sellers and Farmer & Dyer had gone. Maybe the sellers were the root of all this. But keeping a chain moving, and keeping buyers honestly informed is the agent's job. Farmer & Dyer did neither. Weeks of silence, then vague promises, then dates that meant nothing. It was unprofessional from start to finish and it nearly cost us the house. I wouldn't let them near my property if I were selling, and I will never buy through them again.

They have been so helpful from the very beginning, and supported my sale going through in just over 3 months from offer to sold. Considering this was my first time selling, they made the process smooth and easy to understand.<br><br>Lydia in particular was a huge driving force and was so on it with chasing others and keeping me in the loop. Everyone I spoke to was kind, upbeat & helpful. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, Jason is the person to choose.

We'd had a gruelling 2 year house move journey in trying to both sell our current property and secure our onward purchase. In those 2 years we had dealt with almost all of the local agencies, and even started the purchasing process with 2 other agents, which subsequently fell through.<br>We went to view, what would become, our new home with Davis Tate towards the end of March and with them, everything changed. We received an excellent service from our agent, Sam Huish. He was knowledgable, helpful, efficient and kept us up to date with everything, which was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant communication and no nonsense. He was very accommodating with timings and arranging access for multiple viewings and surveys. When we asked him questions he didn't have the answers for, he'd follow up later on with the info - something other agents never did for us, even when prompted.<br><br>I would highly recommend
