25th Mar 2024 (26 days ago)We just sold our home through J&J and we couldn’t be more pleased that we chose them. Everything from the initial valuation with Craig, through to the marketing of the property & the after-sales process was beyond fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We had a very tricky onward purchase, and I have to mention Tracy especially for going the extra mile throughout to liaise with solicitors & make a stressful process a lot easier to deal with. She kept me sane in amongst the dramas of moving house! Her advice, guidance & involvement in the process took so much pressure off of us. If you are looking for an Estate Agent then don’t go anywhere else - the team at J&J go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. 10/10 all round, thanks to the whole team for being a lovely, professional and friendly company to deal with!
30th Jan 2020 (4 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

Moving out of our current property has been nothing but a nightmare with Chancellors, yet moving in with Michael Hardy has been a breeze. The team here is so much more helpful than any estate agents I've dealt with prior. With special thanks to Caroline who has helped us and kept us updated every step of the way. Caroline and Daniel obviously care very much about their job and their customers. And it shows! 110% recommend the team here in Wokingham!

I have found them friendly, honest and responsive and would class them as an example of what a good estate agent should be. I’m about to move in to my new property next week , and have been helped, listened to and even championed. Jevon has been fantastic help and highly professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

I found Amilcar very helpful and understanding and at the same time Very professional and doing all the checks very thoroughly One particular agent in the area is asking more rent than what is marketed and is starting a price war Based on my recent experience I will recommend Whiteknights and Especially Amilcar

She was not interested in discussing the property but rather just wanted the offer amount. This attitude together with reviews of how your tenants are treated tells us to stay away.

23rd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)This review is regarding Property Management services provided by Hayley McPhail- Property Manager at Romans . She has been very proactive in making sure that the maintenance queries are answered in a timely manner and attended to by a professional contractor. Also the 6 month inspection was carried out in a very professional manner with detailed photos ,condition of property was reported in great detail on their online portal that is quite user friendly. So far the experience has been very good with Romans and look forward to continuing this relationship further on. However they are a little expensive but the service is good.
