28th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Fisk Estate Agents at Benfleet ,highly enough. After 2 other estate agents failed to sell my property, Ryan the manager took over and everything changed. Nicola, Emma and Ryan were brilliant as a team. They communicated properly, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process stress-free. Unlike my previous experiences where I heard nothing, Fisk were on it from day one. Thank you Nicola, Emma and Ryan for getting it sold.

19th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.
12th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

He was always understanding, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I needed anything, it was sorted almost immediately, which made me feel genuinely looked after as a tenant.<br><br>Thank you, Rob, for your professionalism, kindness, and support throughout my tenancy. What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.
22nd Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very poor experience from start to finish. I called on Saturday and was told they would check with the current tenants and arrange a viewing. They booked me in for 15:00, but when I called to confirm they went silent and stopped responding.<br><br>I chased again on Monday and they rearranged the viewing for 13:15. I arrived at 13:17. As I pulled up in my car the agent was already leaving, and we made eye contact. It was obvious I was there for the property, yet he carried on walking off, later claiming he assumed I wasn't coming. He couldn't wait even two minutes. When he finally came back to show me the property, he was abrupt, barely spoke to me, and gave the impression he had no interest in showing it at all.<br><br>When I asked about any flexibility on the rent, he told me he already had four other offers, all at the full asking price of £1,375, and that all four had already paid deposits.<br><br>Afterwards I messaged to ask about the council tax and to let them know I liked the property and wanted to put in an offer. Again, no reply. They simply ghosted me.<br><br>A complete lack of basic customer service and common courtesy. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

David was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process for us :as we aren’t very experienced tenants and had a lot of questions. Thank you so much!<br>The bitter and fake reviews are unfair and unsure why google hasn’t removed them yet because it can put fear for no reason. No company is perfect, but this one is decent! ??

We were even more impressed and grateful that when dealing with our purchase, she quickly jumped in and helped when things fell quiet! Super knowledgeable, super efficient and super friendly. Thanks for everything, we highly recommend.

We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."
