James was extremely helpful throughout the viewing and rental process and made our move to the area much easier.<br><br>After a few initial challenges settling into the property and with the management handover, I would particularly like to recognise Esther Kerenge, who has been exceptional since taking over as our Property Manager.<br><br>We had a number of outstanding maintenance items following our move, and Esther has been incredibly responsive, professional and proactive in helping us work through them. She communicates clearly, follows up when she says she will, keeps us informed, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.<br><br>Most recently, Esther responded very quickly when we discovered a potential leak, arranging for an excellent contractor to attend and ensuring the issue was dealt with promptly. She has also coordinated the completion of a number of other outstanding maintenance items, always remaining helpful, patient and positive throughout.<br><br>What I appreciate most is that Esther manages the relationship in a way that feels fair and constructive for both tenant and landlord. We take a lot of pride in looking after the property as if it were our own, and it makes such a difference having a Property Manager who recognises that and works collaboratively with us.<br><br>Esther is an absolute credit to Acorn, and I wanted to make sure her professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service were recognised. William, who is a trainee at Acorn, was an absolute star and made a very stressful process super easy and stress free for myself and family. He helped us from the very beginning, including viewing, referencing etc. We are very grateful and highly recommend William and Acorn.

20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Estate Agent Review<br><br>I had a very positive experience with Alex and the team when purchasing my property in London. I’ll be honest, I was quite a difficult client at times as I was very stressed throughout the process, but Alex handled me extremely well and also managed the seller, who had a strong character, with professionalism and patience. I really appreciated that.<br><br>The sale went through much faster than I expected, which was a big positive. Communication throughout was regular and clear, and I never felt like I had to constantly chase for updates.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Alex went above and beyond what I would expect from his role. He even helped me print and post documents to make sure everything was completed quickly and correctly. As I wasn’t experienced with the process and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with my solicitors, this extra help made a real difference.<br><br>I’m very grateful for Alex’s patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We ended up signing a contract for another place, but the support we received from Madison and John was so good; they were easy to reach, communicative; they answere all our questions quickly and in a very helpful way. If we ever look for another place, we'll definitely reach out to them again!

My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.<br><br>I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

It was a long road over a few months with a chain as we had a fall through due to structural issues. With Azra's support and experience we were able to hold the purchases together whilst a new property was secured. Now we have 3 parties who are delighted to have completed today! thanks again Azra!

Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance.
