She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. 4th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.
8th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Amazing house and Lovely landlord — but the agency has been genuinely awful<br><br>Our landlord is wonderful and we love our new home. This review is entirely about Stirling Ackroyd (London Bridge) as the letting agent.<br><br>We have had to chase them for absolutely everything, at every single stage — before and after move-in. Nothing has been proactive.<br><br>When the junior agent originally handling our tenancy left, the senior colleague who took over didn't even have our email address. They lost our contact details (email address) entirely. No handover whatsoever — a failure that sat squarely with the senior person, not the outgoing junior.<br><br>After we moved in on 1 July, they didn't tell us how to pay our rent. No bank details, no standing order instructions, nothing. We had to chase them a full week into our tenancy asking how to pay, and then chase again before the details finally arrived. The Move-In Manager admitted in writing this should have been sent earlier.<br><br>Our contract had the wrong deposit option despite us confirming our choice in writing, and it took repeated flagging to correct.<br><br>We asked to visit the property to take measurements before move-in so we could plan our furniture. They refused us access and eventually sent a floor plan only after multiple follow-up emails — and only after the agent initially failed to even understand what "measurements" meant.<br><br>The move-in manager we were escalated to was unreachable — the phone number we were given did not connect.<br><br>We have been polite, patient, and understanding throughout. In return we have been ignored, sent incorrect paperwork, denied reasonable requests, and left uninformed on basic tenancy matters.<br><br>If you are considering renting through this branch: keep everything in writing and prepare to chase relentlessly. Avoid if you can.<br><br>Again, the landlords are amazing, but the agent was truly disappointing.

Robinson Jackson met the criteria, performed to expectation, and managed the resultant sale of the property. We believe we made the right choice.

27th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We had a really enjoyable experience with the team at B&K’s Brockley branch, particularly with Michelle who we worked with most closely. Communication was excellent throughout, by both phone and email. Whenever cover was needed, it was always arranged and communicated in advance to ensure continuity of availability. We were kept updated proactively throughout the process, often before we’d even thought to ask. We felt genuinely supported through the entire home-buying process, from booking our first viewing right through to completion. It’s been a real pleasure having the team’s support the whole way - thank you for helping us in our first-time buying journey!

I went for a viewing for one of their properties and the agent who attend did not even have any information on the property, or even which room was being offered. They took me through the process of acquiring the room then silence for days.<br><br>I called them and they said that they had given it to someone else. This was a 1 day after I had followed up on the room and moving in<br><br>A though was not given to contact me and inform me about the proceedings<br><br>A Very unprofessional company and letting agency. The worst I have ever experienced.I come from a family who work in letting agencies or own one abroad so this experience was far from good.<br><br>Even at the end of the Call they didn’t even offer to see if they could help furthers or suggest alternatives. Terrible experience indeed.

Within 2 weeks, Mark found me a serious buyer and within 9 weeks we exchanged contracts. Everyone was so responsive and worked hard to push things through quickly. I wish I went with them in the first place! Could not have asked for more.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!

They both are knowledgeable and patience with us. We went through a modern auction which requires a fast pace and a lot of quick understanding.
